iSpring GA1-B 6.5"x11" 14oz Solid Brass Heavy Duty Water Filter Designer Faucet - EU Style High-Spout, Luxury Chrome

I've got my iSpring reverse osmosis system 6.5 years ago and so far very happy with it. Same time, my kids made a toy out of the old faucet every time they've been washing their hands in the kitchen - so for a good while it is leaking. The day has come to buy a replacement one and to my surprise it's not the same, but better! 1. It's a bit taller but in fairness the faucet tip is at the same level, so no difference in sense of practicality. 2. It is thicker, feels more robust by all means, including turning 360 degrees, opening and closing the water flow (very smooth) and also, the faucet itself sits very well inside it's wider base, so that it does not seem to bend even after quite strong, controlled pressure. It means there is a good rubber seal there and the faucet sits deeper inside. This is good as you don't want to accidentally bump some dish into it and make it leak. In fairness, time will show, as my kids will be the best (or worst?) haha quality testers. I will keep the review updated on that. 3. I went for the chrome one and despite not a priority for me, but it looks great and really premium. 4. Connectivity is super easy and so are the instructions. So even if you never did it before, don't worry, with a bit of time but you can manage it. Despite not being very cheap, once you get the product and start using it, you quickly conclude that it is definitely great value for your money. I can definitely recommend it. Hope this helps a bit. This is a really nice drinking water tap. I fitted it due to having a water softener fitted on my main system and it was recommended to have an unsoftened drinking tap. It was placed on the corner of my sink rather than through my worktop and didn’t use the bottom of the tap as it was too big. I just used the washer straight onto the sink. The flow rate is fantastic and I placed a fridge water filter in the connecting pipe. It has been about 6 months since it was fitted and it still looks and works great. My only complaint is the tap rotation is getting slightly tighter but only slightly.

Perfect. I wanted a good quality replacement for the cheap tap it was replacing and wasn't disappointed. The metal is clearly much better quality and hopefully will last for years. I've no issue paying more for quality.

Very impressed with the quality. Hope it lives up to the expectation for long time, have been using it for 2 months now. The product comes with 2 different size adapters, 1/4" as well as 3/8" tubing fittings for water filter tube pipes, but this info was not originally advertised. The customer care team is prompt and responds on queries within 24 hrs, Francis did a fabulous job in addressing all my queries. I am glad that I ordered this product, despite the market flooded with loada of costly products much higher priced, this one does the job impressively at a competitive price. The installation was easy and straightforward, the instructions came is very helpful.

Have bought several taps previously for filtered water but decide to spend a littleore this time. I was not disappointed since this tap is of excellent quality and a breeze to fit. The only problem was trying to register for the 3 year warranty. However an email to Sean quickly resolved the problem. Overall a solid purchase which should give many years of service.

We are very happy with the product. It's perfect. I gave 4 star only because they have a very bad website. I spent half an hour to register for 3 years warranty to no avail. I fill the whole form many times but when I submit it gave me an error. They don't have any email address to reach. Shame!

Good heavy duty product sold with the required parts for quick installation, as a replacement for a faucet which broke off. Good customer service too, thanks Nick!

Could not install as parts missing. Unsure if it was a returned item (box was battered) or manufacturer issue.
