This is my second JideTech camera and both have worked as expected. One is used in the garage, this one is for the patio. The pictures are clear and sharp. It appears on my Blue Iris software almost immediately, just after a few clicks. The Videolink app is also easy to setup and use on my iPhone. I'm gonna have another one for my front yard. Highly recommended by a satisfied customer.

I have been using Jidetech ptz dome cameras for years, so I decided to splurge a little and add their dome camera to my blue iris setup. I am not a fan of phone apps so was happy that this camera has its own website and autodetects easily with username admin and password 123456. The picture is impressive, the zoom is more impressive, and the night vision /LED is very impressive. This camera can light a really large area at night and the sound is amplified. So far so good, hope it lasts as long as my others.

I ordered this camera to help monitor the backyard for my me and my family, for peace of mind, and am sure it will be helpful in the event something ever does go awry. The camera unit is a tad bulky, but I think that’s a good thing to make potential intruders to think twice. I feel the picture is very clear and the camera tilts, pans, and moves as expected. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Videolink app due to it giving me a little trouble at the start, but I am able to do everything that was promised overall. I really like the speaker 2-way communication feature, so when my kids are in the backyard and I’m at work I am able to speak with them without having to call their dad to get ahold of them. I haven’t encountered any true qualms with it thus far and will continue to use it for my homes security defense/deterrent.

OMG, i don't know how they camera even made? The app is horrible, the camera tracking is the worst i have ever used. tracking is so slow and bad. It didn't even track over 90 degree. Once movement is no longer in sight, it didn't go back to original view. Piece of garbage.

I have a second home and need a means to monitor the house and premises. Over the last 2 years I have purchased 5 Jide-Tech cameras, all of which are working fine. I purchased this one to introduce a POE camera to my network. It did not disappoint. The picture is crystal clear, and the controls very fluid. The camera itself is light weight, but as with my other cameras, very sturdy. This camera can also be used with a conventional power supply that comes with it. My experience with the Jide-Tech technical support is very positive. One camera I received was not showing the ethernet light even though it was connected. They replaced it-no questions asked. Also I use Blue Iris for my home monitoring and these cameras, including this one work flawlessly with it (all the parameter for controlling a Jide-Tech camera are included with Blue Iris when you set it up. It will be immediately recognized. So if you are looking for a high quality, outdoor camera that can withstand the elements (I live in Texas-these cameras endure many days in excess of 90 degrees) and with crystal clear picture-day or night, with all the flexibility of PTZ controls, including setting predefined positions, alarms, notifications, intelligent image tracking (follows the detected person automatically ) as well as many other features found in high-end cameras -look no further.

The cam is great quality and has a very impressive zoom of 200x and was able to zoom in to see the other side of the bay. The PTZ features are very smooth and easy to control. Very happy with my purchase and am going to be getting a second one for the front of the house to zoom on the road for license plate detection as the camera has incredible image.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wall mounted PTZ cam

This camera is huge. I have not mounted or wired it up yet but I have tested and it is very clear and the sound is great. There is a sd slot so I won’t have to pay for storage. Nice value for home or commercial Surveillance
