This is perhaps the best tuned scooter at 2000 watts I've ever seen. It is pretty dialed in. Just loosen the rear shocks to your weight. It handles beautifully and is way more playful that my $1600 scooter. 4 Stars cause single motor mode seems to drain the battery. I almost returned it but then found double motor mode from a Customer Service response. DOUBLE TAP THE M BUTTON SHOWN. The manual was NOT CLEAR. It has been great since. SINGLE TAP the power button to get the lights underneath to turn on at night. I turned off cruise control and push off start. I don't want speed kicking in and having to push off to go. WORKS GREAT!! Just tighten the brakes up top as the pads break in and break response will be very good apart from hydraulic breaks.RECOMMENDED!!!

This review is for the IX8 model. I was hesitant at first to purchase this scooter as there were no reviews or videos online. The scooter is large and has a wide and long deck allowing a variety of standing options. You can disable the front motor to conserve battery life and extend mileage. I do find the scooter deck is fairly high allowing amazing ground clearance, but it took a couple rides to get used to. It has large 12” pneumatic tires which provide good grip on and off road. In turbo mode with both motors activated the scooter pulls hard upon acceleration and will go the advertised 38mph. It has frond and rear hydraulic disc brakes (I believe in the manufacturer description it says drum brakes, but they are in fact disc). Both front and rear suspension have good travel. They are not the adjustable dampening type. I found the front to be properly dampened as it absorbs even rough terrain really well. My only real complaint about this scooter is the tuning of the rear suspension. When you’re looking it over you see potential as the rear suspension has long aluminum swing arms and a center mounted spring. The suspension is so stiff in the rear it moves very little and doesn’t dampen very well. I am larger and in the neighborhood of the weight limit on the scooter, if you are a lighter person you may get no rear suspension dampening at all. With it’s larger tires, insane ground clearance, and powerful motors I would recommend this scooter. I’m impressed with the build quality and fit and finish as well.

There’s no shock absorber on front wheel. I dont write reviews but feel compelled to call out an extremely dangerous product and an unwilling to make right seller. Had to get refund thru Amazon. The front wheel locks up under fender sending rider flyi g to hospital. 60mph skateboards are safer than this scooter. .just want to save others from hurting themselves. Get something with front shocks

Este es un scooter genial !! Sinceramente me encanta , estuve un tiempo cotizando en otras marcas y este la verdad es que supera a muchos otros scouter en relación al precio y calidad de los materiales .Me gustaría que durará un poco más la batería ya que en la publicación dice que tiene 50 millas de alcance pero en realidad son como 25 si es que lo ocupas con los modos de velocidad más rápidos ese es un punto que no me gustó . Lo demás es genial !Muy rápido , mucha iluminación , buenos frenos , la amortiguación es genial para su nivel ! El diseño es muy impresionante , incluso me gusta más que el ix8 .El único defecto es la batería aún que dura bastante , no es tan duradera como lo anuncian !

Very well built very fast 10mph more than stated broke the throttle replaced it for free still waiting for it to arrive should arrive in a couple days also they gave me a helmet an Ulock for free very friendly customer service team

Won't turn on even tho it has been charged for about an hour.

See below for update!!It’s fast and meets all speed specs. As far as 50miles that must be in the lowest speed setting I’m assuming. I get about 20 miles in dual motor sport mode which is the 38mph. Will update review if something changes. For 700$ it’s a nice scooter. Can’t expect more unless you spend 1k plus.UPDATE….great scooter battery is not 50 miles. No matter what mode I’m in it seems like I only get 20 miles roughly. I’m over 200lbs but felt I should get closer to 30 at least. Other than battery life it’s a good scooter.
