Great product

I’ve been a fan of MaryRuth’s supplements for a while now. I take their liquid multivitamin every morning. So I was interested in seeing this new product released by the MaryRuth’s brand… It’s an excellent source of the Cordyceps mushroom. It’s great that this comes as a liposomal formula, which means you get higher quality & faster absorption of the nutrients.I like that this product is also certified organic by the USDA. You won’t find any artificial colors or ingredients here!The flavor is called "maple spice". It has an okay taste, I’m not really a fan. This is something that I just swallow quickly so that I don't have to savor the taste very much.*You’ll want to store the bottle in the refrigerator after opening. Also every time you take it, you’ll want to shake the bottle again to make sure the oils are well-blended.

We love Mary Ruth's! Excellent ingredients and company. This was our first time trying mushroom, and we were pleasantly surprised! We liked that it's more syrupy in nature, easily disguisable on top of pancakes (esp with regular syrup added). We've put it into smoothies, too, and didn't notice much altering of flavor.

I trust MaryRuth's as a brand and have been following them and using their products for years. I jumped at the chance to try this. I do take a small serving of a mushroom blend daily now and definitely believe that the power of mushrooms can make a positive impact on health.This flavor is called "maple spice" but the notes are more oily. You can taste some spices but not so much the maple. That sounds like a good combination but it doesn't quite taste right. I didn't know it was more of a sludge than a liquid so my first two pours were only oil and that's how I thought it was supposed to be. Be sure to shake well at first, or you, too, will get a mouthful of oil.Having said that, I know this is a good quality Cordyceps. But I'd prefer this in another flavor/format.

Not really for my taste. VERY strong clove taste that's stays around all day. I have had Cordedyps before and it's more like honey.

The supplement comes in a liquid form, which I find convenient and easy to take. I like that it’s USDA Organic and vegan, as I try to avoid synthetic ingredients and prefer plant-based products.The liposomal formula is designed for ultra absorption, which is great since it helps maximize the effectiveness of the active ingredients. Each serving provides 200mg of Beta-Glucans, which are known for their potential health benefits, though I haven’t noticed significant results yet. As with any supplement, individual results may vary, so I’m giving it some time to see if I experience any improvements in my overall well-being.So far, I appreciate the quality and convenience of the product, and I’m hopeful that with continued use, I’ll see positive effects down the line.

I ordered two bottles thinking I wouldn't mind the taste since I've gotten other Mary Ruths products and never had a problem, but boy was I wrong. I gag every time I try to take it. I can't even return the unopened bottle, I've just got to throw it away. What a waste, I don't recommend this product at all.***Update the company reached out to me and offer a full refund. Mary Ruths company is top notch when it comes to it's customers.***

This is another outstanding product by Mary Ruth's. I love the Maple Spice flavor of this Organic Cordyceps Mushroom Supplement and that it delivers an entire gram of full spectrum cordyceps, 200mg beta-glucans and 7.5mg of vitamin E in one tablespoon. The flavor reminds me of pumpkin spices and fall and the thick liquid is tasty drizzled on oatmeal and mixed into a smoothie. I love that Mary Ruth's uses organic, non GMO ingredients that are vegan and gluten free, so you can be assured of great quality. Do note that this contains almond butter. There are 15 servings per bottle.
