I didn’t even have to program it.
I don’t know why it took me so long to replace my old remote. This was an inexpensive identical replacement and it worked straight out of the box. I did not even have to to program it to my TV. Very happy.

Great remote, it appears to be in new conditions, with no warranty card, no instructions, for pairing /connecting with TV, and NO batteries (2x AAA) were included (FYI). The package was slightly delayed

I love it, Dog loves it....
This is a great remote, plenty of features and easy to use. The only thing is that my dog loves it too, he for some reason likes the taste feature this remote has and because of that this is the forth one I am buying. Can't wait until I buy this fine remote a fifth and hopefully final time

Unfortunately this was either defective or wasn't right for my TV
I got this, put batteries in it and tried to use it. Nothing happened. I was so disappointed as it says it's for my specific model of Sony Bravia TV. I complained that it wasn't working and I have to admit that the tech support for it was willing and able to immediately troubleshoot it for me. But I didn't want to wait a few more days to get it right as I couldn't use my TV without a remote. So I ordered another brand and returned this one. So I can't say it was bad. Only that the 1st one I got didn't work and they did want to help but I opted out.

works perfect
Bought this to replace the remote at my in-laws house. They bought a generic remote after the original was lost, and the smart TV was doing all kinds of crazy things. I bought them a new remote and they couldn't believe it when they could suddenly watch Netflix again. In the beginning, I thought it was firmware or a blown capacitor or something, but, it ended up just being the remote.

Perfect replacement.
When the remote for our Sony tv didn't work, I thought it would be a hassle to replace. This one fit the description and was a reasonable price.When it arrived, it looked exactly like the old one. Set up was quick and easy. Very happy!
