The male MIK connector that attaches to the bottom of the bag is not included and has to be ordered separately.Another review said that the bottom of the bag was not sealed and stuff could get in. I found the bag I received was very sealed and have included pictures showing this.I love how the bag clips on. I am very happy with this bag. It looks great on my Velotric Discover 2.

I really like the size, structure, and appearance of this bag. The problem I have is that the hooks are made for considerably larger-diameter rack rails (16mm diameter) than the ones on my bike. So the connection is not snug and the hooks make a racket as the bag moves about on the rack. The noise bothers me and the bag’s movement makes me worry that it will bounce off the rack, or that the movement will cause either the hooks or the center swivel-lock to break. None of this has happened (yet) but I have only used the bag a few times and on smooth roads. Basil sells a separate set of hooks for rack rails with a smaller diameter of 10-12mm (the bag references “Item 70197”). The bad news is that I cannot find these hooks anywhere in the US; I have ordered them from Europe via the big auction site, but (a) it is an extra expense of around $20 for 0.01-cents worth of plastic, and (b) it will take 6 weeks to receive them. As almost all of the reviews here are of European origin, I wanted to get this on the radar of American buyers who may not have super-beefy rack tubes.

Really easy to mount, and they look great once they're on. They carry a ton of stuff with no apparent strain. The only thing I would question is the utterly weird way they want you to fasten the back of the bag to the rack--it's just odd and counter-intuitive. I just tossed it and fed a big piece of double-sided Velcro through the back and had a bullet-proof solid mount I don't have to worry about.

Perfect if you have a MIK system rear rack or MIK adapter.

They have firm plastic liners on the sides facing the back wheel, but these can get caught in the spokes if your rack is too narrow or doesn't have good stays to keep the backs separated from the spokes. I just took a nasty tumble because my back wheel caught one of the bags and got locked up at about 20mph. The bags are still in great condition and protected my laptop and camera/lenses they were carrying, but I'll be swapping out my rack for one in which the frame reaches a bit farther backward on the lower half.

Seems like a nice bag but is much smaller than I realized and seems quite expensive for the price. Also annoyed that it did not include the MK adapter plate which has to be purchased separately.

The panniers seemed nice but in less than two months one of them fell apart. The company seems to provide no way to get the product repaired or replaced! Terrible, non-existent customer service.

I liked the design and the size is upgradable from 16 to 28kg if you unfold the top of the bag.There is only one dislike about the need of taking off the arm belt to be able to ride it sadly every single time.Otherwise very sturdy and useful.
