Bestway Hydro-force SUP, Fastblast Tech Set Stand Up Paddle Board with Hand Pump and Travel Bag, 12 ft 6

Brought one of these as a surprise birthday present for my partner. (She loves SUPing).As others have said, its a bit narrower then most (for its size) - so it takes a bit more time to become happy standing on it.First time we went to use it- was really windy - so we both sat on it (total weight >150kg, and went for a paddle (canoe style, using the two halves of a previous inflatable canoe paddle) - it easily coped, no real flex, just a little lower in the water. (second photo), my partner then happily took it out by herself, and was even standing on it (when the wind dropped slightly) that first time out.We;ve had it out multiple times since, and ive just brought a second one (in the prime sale) - so we can go touring together.The 15psi makes the board feel pretty rigid (like the solid ones ive toured on, but without the transport/ storage hassle)The inlcuded pump/ paddle etc are fine- but it takes a while/ a bit of elbow grease to pump up to the required pressure. (I found removing the small black plug in the top of the pump (making it single action, slowed it down, but made the force more manageable as you approach the higher pressure)

Really good value for money, rigid, fairly quick, durable pump and decent quality. I took mine out in a variety of conditions from flat waters to open seas this board coped well with all. Maybe not the best board if you an absolute novice as stability is sacraficed for speed to a slight degree but as an intermediate board if you are looking to cover distance without dropping £600+ this is a very good choice.

Been out on the ocean about 8 times in all conditions since purchasing a month ago. This isup is so nice to use and paddle. Tracks well and is speedy in the water, though not a stable as some of the others. Bought this at the same time as an aquaplanet 10ft isup and this hydroforce is light years ahead in terms of quality, usability..definitely worth the extra 50 squids for the this one. As note, pump that comes with it is a bit of a fail and am purchasing electric one asap.

Only had it a few months ago cannot review value for money until it lasts a few yearsBut its chunky and sturdy and would be ideal first board or second board for anyone wanting to tour a bitThe valve can be a bot temperamental of you are using other pumps... Tend to use an electroc or double pumpLove the bag

Brilliant . I was really amazed at how good it is. I thought it would be a squishy inflattable but its rock solid like wood (or rock!!). And really like and easy to carry. I am going to buy another

Great product, had it a few weeks and used it at least 10 times with no faults at all. Very good on both lakes and open ocean. It’s not the easiest thing to inflate as it holds 15psi (1bar) so the resistance on the manual pump does make it quite a workout. Was surprised to see it doesn’t come with a paddle and for the price I thought it would. There are cheaper models that do come with a paddle and are just as good. Over all, great board, would recommend to others.

The carry bag is sturdy and robust. The board is well made and durable. I've had mine since Autumn 2019 and used it alot. Stability gives way to straight line speed but you soon get the feel for board and find your way. Highly recommend for the novice and well paddled alike.

Bei Wellengang kippt es etwas schneller als ein breiteres Standard-SUP. ( was jedoch logisch ist... ;-)

Originalverpackt und schneller Versandt. Das Model liegt gut im Wasser und man kommt schnell voran. Alles in allem ein gutes Sup. Wobei ich noch nicht auf so vielen anderen gestanden habe, aber ich bin sehr zufrieden bisher.

Ich fahre bei schönem Wetter gerne auf Seen, Flüssen und Kanälen, mit diesem SUP habe ich vor drei Wochen eine Tour über 20km auf dem Mittellandkanal bei Hannover gemacht.Ich habe dieses SUP im Angebot gekauft und es war wirklich ein Schnäppchen. Aufgrund der Länge fährt es schön flott und auch gut geradeaus. Das Board ist bei 15 PSI auch sehr stabil und kein Stück labberig, habe schon auf mehreren Boards gestanden und hatte auch schon Kandidaten, die waren extrem wabbelig (alles 15cm Dicke, weniger sollte man auf keinen Fall nehmen). Über das Finnensystem kann man sicher streiten, ich kenne es von keinem anderen Hersteller und es scheint auch keine anderen Finnen zu geben (andere Form). Wer aber nur aus Spaß an der Freude paddelt, den wird das nicht stören, dass er vielleicht mit dem einer anderen Finne etwas andere Fahreigenschaften haben könnte. Die beiliegende Pumpe hat ein digitales Manometer, hier hätte man lieber in die Qualität der anderen Pumpenteile investieren sollen, insbesondere beim hochziehen pumpt sie sehr schlecht, wenn man diese Betriebsart wählt - die Luft kommt oben aus der Pumpe aber nicht ins SUP. Zum Glück habe ich noch eine andere Pumpe, reklamieren werde ich diese trotzdem mal. Der Rucksack ist durchdacht aufgebaut und praktisch, auch wenn ich ihn lieber schlicht schwarz gehabt hätte.Die Verarbeitung des SUP hat kleinere Schwächen die man in dieser Preisklasse akzeptieren kann und die ich bei höherpreisigen Boards auch schon gesehen habe (kleine Bläschen/ Fehler in der Verklebung). Es ist bei vollem Druck einwandfrei gerade und nicht verzogen.
