I've never heard or had shilajit so I was curious about it. It's a bonus that this has other ingredients that I was already taking. So if I can lower the number is pills that's a plus in my book!The bottle is easy to open with a simple twist; no child/safety.The capsules are easy to swallow and I didn't get any strange after taste.I've been taking these for a month and noticed an increase in energy and mental clarity.I love that is made in the USA. It's a good price and sometimes goes on sale.

The Magnesium Oxide form has very low bioavailability (around 4%), so much of it will be excreted out of the body.I am not a huge fan of such "all-in-one" supplements. So many ingredients are crammed into one capsule and the makers mark up the price in the name of 'value add'. But in reality, you get a negligible amount of some ingredients (such as magnesium in this case) or too much of some other ingredients (such as Shilajit).The capsules are vegan, 3rd party tested and made in the USA. Four stars, in my opinion.

I would highly recommend that nobody puts this in their body. The label claims that they’re made in the USA and that they’re made in an FDA registered facility.However, when you try to find any information about this company, there’s a website that is pretty much devoid of any legitimate information and looks like somebody hurriedly put it together just to try to make their products seem more legitimate. The website claims that it’s based out of Michigan, but the label on the bottle says they’re based out of Pembroke Pines Florida. I cannot find this company in Florida or anywhere in the US for that matter.

I always find supplements incredibly difficult to review! I've taken this particular supplement for approximately a month now, and I haven't noticed any huge cognitive or energy or stress improvements or whatever, but at least they didn't make me ill, so there's that?! ;) And they seem to be made from quality ingredients, and they're easy to swallow!

I'm almost done with the bottle, and it seems to be good. I've never used this brand before, but it does seem to be helping with the issues I was having. I have more energy and focus on the days I've been taking it. 😊 It came in the mail quickly
