I have extremely dry eyes and do dry eye treatments at my doctors office and use Xiidra, a prescription eye drop. My eye doc gave me a eye mask to use at night. I put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. It works great as it forms to my eyes with the little bean bag filling and slips into a protective covering. Works great but I cannot always use it when traveling. Especially on cruises. No microwave. I am a travel agent so I travel to conferences and familiarization trip almost every month.These Steam eye mask above do the trick. I put my large traveling eye mask over them to plush them into my eye a little bit. It is the tear ducts that I personally need to warm up to release more tears for my dry eyes. I even use them on international flights to help prevent looking so tired when I land. I get about 30 to 40 minutes of heat. I have tried another brand that was less expensive but I prefer these. I even gift them to my clients traveling internationally. They make you feel so good. I get great feedback on them.

These are very easy to use once you figure out that the straps are pressed flat against the mask and just need to be peeled up. At first, I thought the straps were missing, but NO, just need to separated from the mask. I LOVE these. They are much more convenient than the masks that require microwave or plug-in. Nice and warm and slightly moist, and heats for 20+ minutes. Really helps with my dry eye condition. I put one on before going to bed and it really helps me sleep. A+++

Very soft and comfortable material, warms up quickly and stays warm for about 25-30mins. My eyes felt refreshed after wearing, did not notice any green tea scent. Will order again.

I purchased a similar item years ago and loved them. The lavender scent was just right as was the heat level. These do not smell at all like lavender though I can't really place the smell. I guess the closest thing I can equate it to is burning plastic. They also get wicked hot, like I have to take them off after about a minute as it burns my skin. Somehow I ended up ordering two without knowing it so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them as I can't use them on my eyes. I'm thinking about trying them on my joints when they get achy on less sensitive parts of my skin. I will not buy these again or recommend them.

The first time I used one of these I got a little bit nervous about the heat. I took it off, and waited a couple of days to try it again.I’m glad I did try again! This little eye mask cover works wonders at reducing puffiness! I was so impressed!I think the pattern on the outside of them is kind of cute :)These really do work exactly as advertised. The instructions could be a little bit more clear, so, if it helps anybody, I’ll tell you how I used them.The heat is activated the minute you open the package. So, don’t open it until you’re ready to actually use it.When you open it up, the pretty side goes outward. You will see (barely) a perforation on the white material in the center. Gently separate it in the middle, and you will have two flaps that fit around your ears and secure the mask in place.This is not a super steady way to hold your mask on, so at that point, I usually lay down, face up, and listen to an audiobook. I feel mine cooling down in about 20 to 30 minutes or so.I could easily fall asleep with this mask on, but I have not ever tried that.I hope this helps you! Waste of money , I tried 3 so far and none of them changed in temperature. And the packaging is totally different .
