We use this to make grits. Half homeny grits and half polenta grits. Makes the perfect combination. When traveling, especially up north, we can always find polenta. Bobs Red Mill is the best for taste, texture, and is consistently superior quality. Highly recommend you try it for polenta or grits!

First time trying yellow corn grits. Tastes better than white corn grits. I like the texture better too.

Bob's Red Mill Corn Grits are the best tasting and the creamiest I have tried. I try to get the 4 pack since they can get a bit pricey when purchased separately.

This has a very nice flavor. I eat them as grits and they seem to be ground a little larger than grits and that gives them a very pleasant texture. They sit up fairly quickly if you don't use enough water.

As a southern guy I love me some grits especially on a cold morning, these hit the spot every time I prepare them in the mornings during the week or weekend when I have more time to make a complete breakfast. Packaging was ok and easy to open.
