Worthwhile when snagged on a deal
Have been lusting after this for a while but found it too expensive. Surprisingly managed to snag it for 300/- bucks when it was mispriced for a 24-hour period. Mine does not have any defects and has been working properly for the past 2 months - no rust, melted handles or electrical mafunctioning like some of the other poor reviewers have had. I use a heavy duty step down transformer that I bought for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. So far I've made slow-cooked chicken, pork, brisket, soups, caramelized onions and oatmeal so far. Lots of great recipes on NYT cooking and the Kitchn. Really great to turn it on and head off to work/sleep. However it does have limited functionality and I would not pay the listed price for this. This bottom range model would not be more than $25 in the US.

The best item of my kitchen.I just dump stuff at night and by morning dish is ready.Makes the toughest mutton become soft as bread.Chicken stays juicy and moist and soft.So good to make soups and broths and stews.I even made dal and it was so full of flavour and creamy.I even made the most flavourful sambar.Chole and rajma become so soft.The best ever kitchen aid.

Great product, we have been using this for many years and wanted a new one.The first product shipped had an issue, but Cart2India promptly replaced the product with no hassles. It is working very well now and very pleased.Please be aware that it operates to US voltage and will need a step down transformer to use.

Good product. Cooking is a pleasure in crock pot. Buying a step down transformer was a hassle though. Costed 1500 rs which made it a pretty expensive set up.crock pot is definitely recommended.
