I had used Nirvana Ion ANC before and really loved it . So based on dat using only I went for Zenith. To be Frank, crsytal clear voice , ANC is excellent, Dolby audio is clearly audible. Even the perfect fit handy size and button touch features for volume control and to change next and previous songs which we hear.. this product is one for a kind for this price range. I have looked for all these features in many other earbuds but nothing comes closer to this super product. Even while gaming , the latency issue is solved and also the sound effect is fantastic.

I am writing this review after 9 months of using these earbuds.I am facing problem for last 4 months. They are not working properly. Bluetooth connection disconnected automatically while on calling. It is very irritating.I am also facing charging issue. They are not getting charged even though after three four hours of charging it shows only 10% charging and after using of 10 minutes it swiches of due to low charging.Honestly sound quality is good and fitnees in the ear also good but blutooth connection issue and charging issue are very serious.I recommend not to buy these earbuds to anyone. I think it is waste of money anyone who is going to purchase Boat earbuds think twice before purchasing it.

I don’t feel the real Dolby Audio while I’m playing the music I felt little upset in Dolby mode. But in Boat Adaptive EQ mode Sound quality is really good and had a beautiful experience.. but I recommend to add more EQ settings for this.. through app update if possible please update us the EQ settings.. And ANC Mode felt little bit fine because upto 50dB they are telling but I don’t feel that 50dB but some how it’s fine when ANC mode is ON. And for call feature I feel they have done a great job.. because voice is perfect clear for the opposite side person.. overall it’s beautiful product.. for this price if we get customised EQ settings that would be great.. And Need to Work on Dolby Audio System also..

I'm a loyal Boat product user because the brand consistently delivers excellent sound quality and great value for money. However, I'm disappointed with this particular model.There seems to be a serious issue — when the Dolby function is enabled, the sound quality noticeably worsens instead of improving. Additionally, I had issues with the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) on my previous unit. Although boat kindly provided a replacement under warranty but the ANC still isn't working in the new one either.This leads me to believe that the model may have a manufacturing defect.

Please don't purchase a boat product through Amazon or rather any product through Amazon if refund not available. Though amazon gives 7 days replacement guarantee but that is only one time offer. I was delivered faulty boat nirvana zenith twice (ear buds didnt switch on in first place on both occasions......forget pairing). Then Amazon won't replace it further and palmed off it responsibility to boat. I was told to register complaint with boat customer care. More than a month has passed and despite a call to boat customer care every third day, product has not been replaced yet. In fact boat customer care told me that I would not have faced any problem if I would have purchased product directly from boat as if I was given this product free by boat-amazon team as an alm. Hell of an ordeal which is still on and no sign of an end to it Truly a disapponting experience with amazon boat team partnership. Both are behaving like fraudsters as if to use this partnership to dump faulty products to helpless customers. Please don't purchase any product through amazon and also of boat.

Product design super,but its not recommended due to unpair nd low battery life is short,sound quality suprb,ANC also good
