Beautiful design, excellent Google TV interface
The highlight of this super compact projector is the built in Auto focus and keystone, and they work remarkably well and resize surprisingly well for any space you aim it at.It is well designed, in no way does it feel cheap and on the contrary feels like it can take a beating, but do NOT recommend dropping this beauty. So, now for the negatives, the brightness, it is quite dim and you really need a rather dark room/space to be able to really enjoy this projector, it is only 150 lumens. The other but, battery, although it has one built in, on eco mode, it gives you 2hrs or less. Eco mode basically run the projector at its lowest brightness 🔆, so, that's how they sell the 2hr time-frame for this unit, a bit misleading in real world usage. Now, this is a 720p unit, but strangely, didn't really miss the quality much as everything overshadowed it. Color is great and so is the sound, it is NOT LOUD, if you want to entertain you entire backyard with this, the sound will be a disappointment, BUT, you can set it up to use a Bluetooth speaker so it can send the sound to an alternate speaker for better sound. For my use, the built in speaker was more than enough for use in the patio. Now, this thing comes with an interesting base attachment which allows it to "lean" back quite a bit which allows you to project directly on the ceiling from your nightstand or floor, this was a super neat feature I didn't realize I would LOVE. I have watched more Netflix shows and movies this way than any other way, it is so comfortable! You can use this without WIFI 🛜, but first, you need to download your desired shows and/or movies using the desired apps, Apple TV, Netflix, Max, etc and download the content directly to the projectors memory and then you can playback. The other way is to connect phone directly using the built in HDMI port. So you have options. The support website walks you through the other suggestions.

Perfection
I’m in love. Not sure how the higher priced versions are different but this is exactly what I need for movies both at the campsite and inside the tent. Perfect.

Small and mighty
I love the compact feature of this projector. We were amazed by its picture quality and versatility in being able to be moved around so easily because of its small size. It’s able to be projected on almost any surface at any angle. There is so much ease in using the apps and setting up our accounts in all the entertainment channels! At the moment, We are struggling with is auto focus, but it’s pretty simple to do it manually.

Infuriating Setup & Use Experience
Let me preface my review by saying I’m an engineer that develops electronic hardware, firmware, and software for a living. Never in my life have I had a more infuriating setup experience with any device, EVER. Whatever service they’ve created within the GTV framework to ensure that the NebulaCast app is installed needs patched immediately. Between it and the NebulaCast app itself, the Capsule Air is unusable. Worst part is, I don’t even have an Apple device so I have zero need for the app (it’s only required to cast via an Apple device). It starts hounding you to install the app or cancel as soon as you attempt to setup the projector. This is before app install is even allowed. Cancel does nothing, as the notification comes back immediately within 10 seconds or so. The notifications are cumulative, meaning you have to click cancel or install multiple times. It doesn’t matter what you click, they are obtrusive and in the way and nearly prevent you from being able to set up the projector at all. If it wasn’t for the Google Home app, I’d still be attempting to set up the projector. Once it is finally set up, the notifications do not relent, they keep coming cumulatively. If you do relent and actually install the NebulaCast app, instead of being bombarded by the notification to install or cancel, you now get bombarded relentlessly by the app itself. If you close it, it immediately reopens within 5 to 10 seconds. It has the option to disable the app at startup, but this does not work. In fact, if you disable that option, the projector is useless outside of using it to mirror an Apple device. The ONLY way that has made the projector even semi-usable is to leave “launch at startup” enabled and hit the home button after several iterations of the app popping up to leave it running in the background. Beyond this, you can’t do anything because the NebulaCast app just keeps repeatedly opening. I tried uninstalling all Nebula apps in hopes that one of them was the culprit for monitoring of if the app was installed or not. This did not end up to be the case as the above mentioned behavior still happened with both the NebulaCast app installed and uninstalled. This points to one of the Nebula system services with GTV being the culprit. I tried clearing it’s data/cache and that still did not help either. Multiple restarts, and the GTV and firmware update did not help either. There is NO WAY a unit packaged for retail was opened and tested or they would have encountered the same issues. You will almost certainly encounter the same issue. Nebula, PLEASE PATCH THIS IMMEDIATELY or find another workaround. As it stands, I have a $400 paperweight that is very close to being returned.I'll update my review if support ever gets around to answering or if they patch the issue.

Great for intended use!
Great at night, not quite bright enough to compete with sunlight, but you can project on a ceiling well! Very portable, sign in to your apps and go.

Not as Great as I Hoped But Try Capsule 3 Instead
I wanted to love this because it is so compact but overall I was disappointed. I got this one, the MoGo 2 Pro, and a cheaper off brand projector to compare. This one was definitely better than the off brand but the MoGo 2 Pro outshined this one with image and sound, so ultimately that is what we selected. It was good quality though but was more work to setup initially. I like the size though and the built in stand, so would love if I could have had those as part of the MoGo 2 Pro.UPDATE: Customer service was really great! They reached and and suggest we try the Capsule 3 and that is what we landed on. It’s still a compact size, was easy to set up, has great sound and picture, and has the option to go wireless. We have used it numerous times and love it!!
