I want to start by addressing the negative reviews here. If you didn't read what this does and what you can use, you will be like the person who complained about what happened with their girlfriend's hair straightener. But the information clearly tells you not to use it for that, so I don't know why they thought they would be an exception to how to use it. That being said it works great for me. Currently in Italy with a friend who didn't bring anything like this. Thanks to all the outlets in it, we've been able to charge a lot at once...smart watches, phones, external batteries, and all at the same time with no problem. The only people who will have problems with this are the people who bought this without paying attention to the fact that it's not meant for higher voltage items as you would need and adapter I believe. If you're using smaller technology, you'll be fine

Do not buy this voltage converter. I bought this converter for a trip to Italy, and upon arrival, my girlfriend plugged in her $150 hair straightener, and it subsequently started making all kinds of terrible noises and started smoking. I didn’t have a voltage tester to confirm what the voltage output was, but we now know her hair straightener no longer works. We didn’t even have a chance to turn the straightening iron on, it just started making noises and smoking and overheating immediately. Very disappointing as now she is stuck in a foreign country with straightener that does not work and we are without a power supply source.

I bought this based on other reviews and was not lead astray. I used this on my recent trip to Awesomely beautiful Iceland. I had my cpap, phone and tablet plugged into it and worked like a charm.

The prongs on this product were not long enough to connect in the European outlets. Was a waste of money and then I got home and found out I could not return it due to a very short window of time to return it. Doubly disapointed!

I purchased 2 items. One works fine with a 55" TCL Roku TV but the 2nd did not work with a 70" Vizio TV, The specs says that it should work with both. I am using it in a 220V country.

It may work well as an adapter but it is a horrible voltage converter. It reduces the voltage way too low, so the device barely operates in the Middle East.

This worked very well for me in Italy. I had no problem at all every hotel I went to.

Bought this converter for a 2 week vacation to Spain and Portugal. It worked for about a week. Then it completely stopped charging anything. We tried using the USB ports and the plug, but nothing charged. Useless for the remainder of the trip.
