These are definitely Value for Money. The best I've found easy to use, you can feel the heat off them as soon as they go on plus they don't smell like others I've tried. I got great Pain relief from them and they last 12hours ☺️

Helps with pain relief without medication
Help with pain relief by slowly heating up. Can be difficult to apply as the patch tends to curl up when putting on. Practice necessary. Good value.

They work - but!
The product works as far as pain relief is concerned, however the backing is thin and the adhesive keeps sticking to my trousers and peeling off as I walk.

Not very good knee patch has they keep falling off knee. It is hard to peel of the plastic form the patches.
