Part of strap broke on first day.
No rough housing, just sitting around the house on Christmas. My daughter even wanted to take it off to wash her hands so she was being very careful and delicate with the watch. The part which holds the excess strap material on the band broke. It seems kind of hard or dried out while the rest of the strap is the same material and quite soft/pliable. Ordered a replacement… we’ll see. My daughter was very disappointed her Christmas present broke on the day she opened the gift wrap she loves the watch.
