With all the talk about the popularity of pickleball, I finally decided to take the plunge and bought this set to play. I went with my neighbor who is an avid player and picked up the sport easily (I play tennis and ping pong so it was not that difficult). The paddles are nice and the grip fit well. I had no problem playing with the paddles and my neighbor also said they were dood paddles. Next time I will take my wife to teach her. This set has 2 paddles, 4 balls and 2 ball retrievers (which I don’t use. I assume it may help for older people who can’t bend down easily to pick up the ball. I leave them behind). All this packed in an easy to carry case. Great find for me to get started in a new fun sport

For just getting into pickleball (which by the way, has exploded in popularity in recent years) this kit has about everything you'd need minus a sweat towel and a good pair of sneakers! The paddles are thick, and the pickleballs bounce off them with ease, yet they're not too heavy or unwieldy to handle. The value you get for this package is especially nice, with four balls, two suction cup style "ball grippers" and a case to hold all of it plus paddles, you can essentially remove the packaging (probably a downside for the environment, each item is individually wrapped) and you're ready to play!5/5
