Good spice mixture

Used on a corned beef brisket I smoked on St. Patty's weekend. Real nice flavor!

Used on a venison pastrami. Plenty of rub for numerous uses. I went heavy and barely used any on my small roast. Gave a terrific bark on my little roast. Tons of flavor and spices made it easy and I didn't have to have 10 different spices on hand to mix and match. Little dusty in the bag but didn't effect it overall. Pepper was a little fine vs. More coarse for pastrami. Does have a bit of an orange color but as you can see it darkens right up. Used yellow mustard as a binder and patted a liberal amount of this rub onto all sides of the meat. Created a great bark on this one. I added some fresh cracked pepper corn and that's about it. I have plenty left over for the next one. Worth the money.

Best pastrami rub I ever bought!

This is a great pastrami rub that saves a lot of time and expense. A lot of rub for the money. I added some additional pepper and you can add additional ingredients per your taste. I will definitely reorder this product

This pastrami spice blend is perfect. I have used it on at least 7 pastramis so far and each time they come out delicious. Does need a bit of mixing as the smaller particles settle the bottom, other than that expect an awesome flavored crust

The size and consistency of the grind was not good and it did not have that dark color from a classic New York style pastrami. And the taste was kind of flat. I highly do not recommend this if you want a traditional New York style pastrami.I usually do not write reviews, but was so compelled to do so, because this was not as advertised

It tasted good but not great. I've had a better brand and this one was my 2nd runner up for my beef pastrami dry rub. I said this because I had to add more course black pepper and a few other spices to spruce it up just a little more, but if I could do it over again, I'll use it again!
