I wanted a very nice looking garbage can for my kitchen and this one is the best one I have ever had. It has two compartments, one for trash and one for recycling. This is awesome because I no longer need two separate cans in my kitchen. The size of each is perfect. Even though it’s say 10.3 it holds way more. It comes with 15 10.3 gallon garbage bags but can also fit regular 13 gallon bags with no problem. The lids open with a step so no need to use your hands. There is no noise when the tops open or close. It’s super easy to use. It is well built with sturdy parts all around. It’s a bit expensive for a garbage can but I’m happy with my purchase.

Great trash can! It’s a bit smaller than I had hoped, but it fits perfectly next to my new kitchen island and looks great. I was searching for something larger, but couldn’t find anything better—especially after reading poor reviews on a similar Kohler model at Costco. This one works well, feels sturdy, and standard 13-gallon trash bags fit just fine in the compartments. While I do wish it was a bit bigger, it gets the job done and I’m overall very happy with it.

These hold way more than you think. Fits at the end of my island perfectly. Love the color and construction. It is sturdy and easy to clean. Lids close silently and sit flush.

This thing is nice and big, which I wanted. It's about the same as our old trash can, but putting them side by side, this one is clearly taller while being the same width or maybe slightly wider. It seems well made. It was shipped nicely protected by fitted Styrofoam and had no dents or broken parts. No assembly of any kind required. The lids open and close smoothly and when closed it seems like a nice fit. Not airtight, of course, but very minimal gaping around the edges.Essentially, the trash can is perfect. Exactly what I wanted.What I didn't anticipate, was how difficult it would be to find trash bags.The bags we've been buying are 13 gallon, but the bags it comes with are 13.2 gallon. It doesn't seem like a big difference but the extra inches at the bottom of the bag are really helpful in making sure you actually get full use out of the bins. Not to mention, extra space between the bottom of the bag and the bottom of the can is a recipe for the bag slipping down when you throw stuff away- and that's no good!The dimensions of the trash bags it comes with are 24.2" wide and 29.1" deep whereas most 13 gallon trash bags I can find are around 24 in x 27 in, which is about 2 inches shorter. And the trash bags it comes with are apparently a050, which I can't find anywhere in the Songmics product listings, which just feels silly.Not a HUGE deal so still giving it five stars, but just something to be aware of.

Good sized on both sides which is nice. holds a little more than the pull out cabinet cans. Decent priced, seems like sturdy construction. nothing to put together except putting in a trash bag. Be careful with certain bags, too much bulk laying at top will not allow the lid to close all the way. so make sure the bag is secure in it's place. Pretty easy to wipe down and clean. soft close which is always nice. If it ever does stick up ( the lid) because something stopped it's close, just press the foot pedal again and it will open more and then soft close properly. LOoks good, works good, price is good.

I'm pleased with this purchase. Functions well, very quiet, easy to clean and standard 13 gallon bags fit. Nice design. Everything I expected and good price.

We love this trash can. Its great for us. We do have a decent amount of waste in our household, but on average between trash pick up days ( gets picked up twice a week), we only have to take out the trash twice.We do a trash recycling combo. Heads up for recycling bottle, if you can squish the plastic to fit more otherwise its fills up really fast.Build quality is great, Came with one ding, but that was most likely due to the delivery as the box had a dent where it was. The soft close lid works great. A bit pricey but personally it was worth it.

Best upgrade to our kitchen. Not a fan of the free trash bags they give you, but we just kept using out Costco brand trash bags and those worked great! Sometimes the lid catches/doesn’t always soft close. But it’s not consistent. Easy to remove snd put back. Really sturdy. Also easy to clean! Purchased the white, and was wondering if certain accidental spills would stain it - so far they have not at all.
