Fantastic product much better the ZIp, Fohen, Elsi and other branded hot water taps..
Absolutely beautiful looking hot water tank , that perfectly fits in the unit under the kitchen sink. The thing to admire is the easy to understand digital display on the front and quality of the hot water tank and fittings. These are certainly 3 times more durable and better than the ZIP hot water tank and other makes that we have used previously in other properties. The filters are immaculate and easy to fix. Any one can change the filters and as such this is veru easy to maintain appliance. I recommend this to all. Infact I wrote an email to the company and they responded promptly and registered our tank. Must say this a great product backed by fantastic customer support who respond promptly on email as well as Whatsapp.

Both products received had bad leaks.
Terrible. Returned the first I received because the tank leaked and exactly the same problem with the second product received. Water and electrics is not a good mix!

Good value and very effective, let down by design features
I'm a bit frustrated with this device. It is very well insulated and costs less to run in standby than the tank it replaced. It also holds slightly more boiling water. Several downsides, which may not be important:It needs a shelf to sit on - there are no mounting holes or brackets. It turns itself off when there is a power cut, or if the boiler is on a timer - the fact that it is no longer heating cannot be seen if it is under a sink, and it can only be turned on by a touch activated switch on the front of the casing. I'm looking into how to trigger this remotely and will add a solution to this review if it works. The inlet is restricted to the extent that water takes a long time to appear at all, and the flow is quite slow (on a pressure of 2 Bar). The boiler looks nice, if that matters when you put it inside a cupboard. The casing and plumbing attachments are well made and easy to use.The boiler deals with air in the supply much better than other boilers - and this is probably the reason why water takes a long time to appear. This boiler does need a water softener and we use a two stage solution for hardness and filtration.

A good choice
Easy to install and straightforward to use, this is good value for money.

So far not so good. After 6 months the tank appears to be leaking from the actual tank .
So far so good ,had a leak but , it was my fault I hadn't pushed the pex pipe all the way. Duh I'm a 70 year old woman who thinks she can do everything herself, but infact can't push a pex pipe in far enough..
