Great value
A lovely and affordable red quaffing wine,..., last week! Seeking it out for repeat stocking,, twice the price. Dissapointment, but I was probably lucky, it's really a nice drink.

Smooth budget wine that goes down easy
When you're looking at budget reds you're always fighting the "it tastes metallic" problem typified by a pub's "house merlot".Wolf Blass did a bang-up job with their Cabernet Sauvignon (generally the most forgiving grapes for the most inexpensive reds); and this Shiraz Cabernet is almost - but not quite - as accomodating.Unfortunately it just falls short of the softness needed to make it perfectly slurpable, with just enough metallic hint to be noticeable. But, at the typical discounted price-point, it's a very cost-effective choice that a casual drinker would find it hard to fault.

Nice bold red Shiraz
Very tasty Shiraz from a decent wine maker. This wine goes down a treat and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking it, nice bold flavour.I bought this on offer and it was worth that price, I wouldn't be buying again at full price though.
