I love this phone. I played all my favorite games and my friend recommended a plethora of other games and he said everything will be fine. 2 months in I got assaulted and threw it out.

This phone looks great and works ok. But 2 months into owning it it has troubles booting up. Also does not go into hard boot mode and the fingerprint button which is also the power button does not work. On the screen the software that controls the fingerprint just flickers.

The reviews of this phone looked promising when I first saw them. Despite its low price, the phone boasted many expensive features. When I realized after I purchased it was that it's not the expensive components that make or break a phone, but it was how they were integrated into the system. In other words, you can have the top-of-the-line processor, but if the rest of the components are not at the same level, you will not get the maximum result.I think that best describes this phone!It's not the big things that it doesn't do, it's the little things. To put it succinctly, this phone is quirky. The major problem I have with his conductivity. It's a 5G phone, but the signal is very weak. I have other phones. When I go deep into the building where I normally work, this phone lost connectivity it suddenly became very slow. I couldn't even login to my bank account.Now, with the other phone right beside it, I got four bars and everything went zipping along as normal. This is pretty elegant proof that the 5G conductivity and signal reception is not up to snuff. It wasn't until I got near an outside wall or near a window that this thing decided it was going to join the rest of the world and receive. So there's a definite problem with the antenna or with the 5G chip.It's only done it a few times, but this thing has restarted on its own without warning. The first couple of times it was when I was loading apps when I first got it. The last time was on an important call which could have cost me a lot of money.A broadcasting symbol on the media volume bar, around three quarters up, limits your volume.Overall, this would probably be a very good phone when they work out the bugs. Upon calling support they were all but useless and about the 5G conductivity problem, they suggested I move to a different location, which I never had to do with any other phone.It is on that basis I am returning it!

So far, I haven't had any problems with the Cubot Max 5 5G. The screen is vibrant and colors pop. Battery life will vary based on what you're doing, but generally, it can last a day. On standby, I got around 4 days of battery life before having to charge, which is impressive. The Camera quality is better than similar priced phones, but they're still something about that it makes the colors seem washed out. I don't if it's the way the picture is processed. There's a heavy amount of sharpening being added to the images. Also, whenever you take a picture using the HDR mode, make sure to keep the phone still for a few seconds because there's a shutter delay. I like the macro camera because I can see all the details that other lenses can't. It's like seeing the world in a new perspective. As far as performance goes, most games run at an average 38 fps, which at this price point sounds awesome. It's not flagship performance, but it's enough to enjoy a game.

El celular es de muy mala calidad ya que el cristal de la pantalla como el de la cámara es muy frágil, teniendo el producto en mi bolsillo se quebró la pantalla, no recomiendo para nada este celular no cumple con las especificaciones, me comunique con servicio al cliente y no generan devolución o reemplazo por que el producto está en mal estado.

Great phone for the price, but gotta make sure it's compatible with your network. That happened to me and ended up switching my carrier service but that's on me. Otherwise great cost effective phone

despues de probarlo y utilizarlo por cerca de un mes, este telefono tiene muchas falas de coneccion y constantemente se reinicia solo o deja de funcionar la pantalla y las aplicaciones, asi que tengo que apagarlo y esto pasa unas 5 veces al dia. que puedo hacer? me lo reeempazan por uno que funcione o la marca del telefono es la que no funciona?

No me agrado que la compañía me dijera que este móvil no es compatible con su red 5 G
