Love these cutters! Faster than a hole saw (and less noisy) and they leave a beautiful finish. They cut cleanly, and each tooth produces a chip, indicating that they are correctly ground. Progress through a piece of 3/8" 1018 was much faster than a hole saw, and with a superior finish. The final hole was as near perfect in dimension as I can measure. (Calipers shown, but I mic'd the hole with the same results - just harder to show a vernier in the pic.)The cutters have a Weldon shank, with two flats. Shanks are 3/4" and I used them in an ER40 collet. Engraving is clear, but with my eyesight (not great) I still need glasses / magnification to read it. A center is included, not spring loaded like others I have used, but placed by gravity. For coping I would probably mark my spot, move the work, and remove the center to prevent damage. Having a center that is removable without removing the cutter would be a plus, but not enough that I'll deduct a star for it.Speaking of coping, I tried coping a pipe that was ~1.5" (closest I had to the 1.0625" cutter) and the cutter worked great.I like that the shank is as close to universal as you could want.These appear to be everything you could ask for in an HSS cutter. I haven't worn one out yet, so longevity is the only remaining question. Fit and finish is excellent, I'd be surprised if longevity wasn't up to snuff, but I'll update this review if/when I wear one out to let you know.I'm very pleased and would seek out wesleydrill for future orders.

Unfortunately I do not have any tools that can accept a 3/4" Weldon Shank, which the listing clearly stated. That's my fault, not theirs. So, I can only review it based on my initial impressions of the product. I am getting a weldon adapter for my drill press, so the review is subject to change after I actually use them.These are solidly built from all outward appearances, and very sharp. I'm excited to put them to use.
