I like this creative paint set. It is messy and needs supervision. I bought this for my grandkids, 9,7 and 5.They did enjoy painting with it.

I thought combo of spiral art and spin art in one product was a great idea and I still think it would work if the product quality was better. The paint bottles are very small; after a few try, they’re empty. The glitter pens came dry and we tried to soak them in water. They worked for a little bit but still too dry. My biggest issue is with the splash guard-it’s a piece of thin plastic and it doesn’t stay in place during spinning. Also, it’s difficult for small hands to switch it and put it in place between spiral and spin art, making the paints go everywhere. Overall, I don’t recommend this product. I wish I had bought two separate products: spiral art toy and spin art machine that offers more sturdy and better quality splash guard. However we had still had fun making mess and creating “art” so I am giving 3 stars.

If you’re after an easy spin art kit that delivers decent results, this one’s a solid choice, just don’t expect it to be heavy-duty or mess-free every time.
