Any 16 gram cartridges will fit and do a good job, threaded or non threaded will work.

There were no instructions with the product. How can I get instructions?

It’s pretty crappy that no instructions are included, but I managed to figure things out without breaking anything. The housing unscrews, giving you access to the fitting that the CO2 cartridge screws into. Screw in a cartridge until tight. At this point, you can give it a test burst by briefly pulling the trigger. If gas shoots out the business end, you’re good to go. Screw the housing back on over the cartridge.

How are you allowed to send a used broken piece of junk and I can’t return it? I

My guess would that the item in question was not broken when you received it, or you had it and used the item past the return policy

Can this be used to unclog a refrigerator drain?

Refrigerator defrost drain lines don’t get blocked with “gunk”, they get blocked with ice. And as someone said earlier, they aren’t glued in place. You WILL damage your refrigerator using this, and it WILL NOT unclog the drain. Unplugging the refrigerator is not the best way to clear the drain, but it works. As an appliance technician, I can say the best way to clear a defrost drain line is with a handheld steamer. The steam and pressure melt the ice and clear the drain in the matter of minutes.
