damaged product
the phone looks good from outside but the screen freezes for no reason frequently, and that happened from day 2 and I thought it's a software but unfortunately, it is not a software issue cause there is 2 software updates and yet the issue is still there

SUCH A SCAM ! Dont buy it!
SUCH A SCAM ! Dont buy it! The phone was working well during 3weeks then the screen died, i can not touche control the screen anymore. Just to make it clear i bought this phone as secondary and it staid in a drawer. I visited apple, they confirmed the phone comes from the US and had been modified to be used in the UAE. So apple doesnt want to fix it.

I bought this phone and after open pack from outside directly found one of Camera lenses is not there while repairing and refurbishing 1 camera lense is missed to place it back. Please kindly collect this return and refund urgently. Thank you.
