The best shampoo I have ever used. It leaves your hair w such body! Don't know about stopping DHT yet but love what it does for my hair and has NO harmful ingredients. Large bottle. Worth the price.

When I see pictures of myself, I realize how thin my hair has become. It just kind of snuck up on me. So of course my iPhone feeds are suddenly full of ads for Spartan shampoo for thinning hair.The “Spartan” shampoo on Amazon appears to be poorly-policed knockoffs. I bought this brand as a first attempt at getting some hair back.The science of hair restoration doesn’t appear to support the idea that any shampoo can really help reverse male-pattern baldness. I’ve only been using it for a week or so, so I wouldn’t expect results even if it does eventually work.What I can say is it smells fantastic and I enjoy washing my hair more because of the combination of invigorating smell and rich lather.

Shampoo appears to help strengthen the hair and make it thicker, but it hasn't helped slow down the loss of hair. Stress could be the culprit in my case, but it didn't work for me as far as laying down the hair loss. Otherwise, for me, it's a great shampoo and easily rinsable.

I started using this every other day about a month ago, along with taking Doctor’s Best biotin 10,000 mcg daily, and I definitely see an improvement in the areas of thinning hair. I plan to keep using this indefinitely. I’ve had 2 areas of thinning hair for a few years that I believe was due to malnutrition because of having to do a strict elimination diet (health issues), and I am so tired of having to work at hiding those thin spots. Thank You, Jesus, it’s definitely improving!!

I started using the shampoo and conditioner and really like them. They smell fresh, not simply flowery. The conditioner works well. I have only used the products twice so far, but it has cut my hair loss significantly to only a small fraction of what it had been. I am definitely going to keep using these fine products. I can's say anything toward the hair growth as yet, but they have sure cut the shedding!

It leaves your hair feeling amazing and it actually looks thicker. Since I am using it, people have said to me your hair looks thick. Why are you saying that it’s thin? I explained to them that it is thin, but the shampoo makes it look fuller.

I was excited and hopeful to try this shampoo; but after a couple of shampoos, my face began to swell and itch. Doctor inquired about new products and he believed it was connected to the nettle extract or saw palmetto contained in this shampoo. After discontinuing use, rash and swelling has subsided. This is a quality product; just not for me.
