ROCCAT Kone Pure SE Core Performance RGB Gaming Mouse, Black

I got this mouse to replace my aging Roccat Kone Pure Hellfire I've had two of them over the years and they've since been discontinued it. The Roccat Kone Pure SE is the nearest to the hellfire in design so I went with this mouse.It doesn't allow you to reassign the buttons and what makes it worse is the top buttons are set to just change the mouse DPI making you want to avoid pressing them.I've been a Roccat fan for years for all my keyboards and mouse replacements but this feature lockout by the drivers software sits so badly with me that I will avoid the brand moving forward.Do NOT buy this mouse if you want to reassign the buttons you can't and they also cannot be used for media controls.

I bought this as a replacement for my Kone Pure Military that I liked so much but Roccat no longer makes. This one looks the same but does not allow button assignment like the Pure did. I used this in Photoshop so returned it.

The swarm software will not allow the buttons to be customised! Roccat say as this is budget mouse they specifically do not allow this. This is just artificial limitation and is very poor show from a usually excellent manufacturer. If you are lucky enough to have an app or game that can detect the buttons then great, but many do not. Returned it as its quite useless lie this. Can for example cant even disable the DPI buttons so its easy to accidently change them by mistake.

J'ai toujours aimé les souris de la marque Roccat. J'ai une Kone Xtd optical sur mon PC principal et deux Kiro sur d'autres machines.Cette fois-ci c'était pour un portable d'appoint. Je voulais quelque chose de plus précis et agréable que la souris HP du boulot. Mais pas trop cher non plus. Et cette Roccat Pure, à un peu plus de 20€, j'ai eu envie de lui donner sa chance.Et bien elle est fantastique, douce, légère, précise et agréable au quotidien sur mon PC de travail. Honnêtement, pour de l'usage bureautique, elle est vraiment aussi confortable et premium qu'une souris à 80€ !Conclusion : même la gamme "premier prix" de Roccat est exceptionnelle !

This is almost the perfect mouse for me and my unusual claw grip that I have with mice. The bottons are easy to find and use and the switches feel nice and tight. The only reason for loosing a star is due to its' slippery feel of just plain plastic. It would have been the perfect mouse if they used a diiferent method with something more sticky other than using the smooth plastic finish. But for $30 bucks, this is still a great deal.7 or so years ago I bought a roccat kone xtd mouse and it wotked great until just a couple of weeks ago when it bagan to double click on the left mouse button. If I had the money, I would have purchased the new version, but that right now is just too much.Overall a great mouse with great software and sensor so its a deal to me.

Als langjähriger, sehr zufriedener Besitzer einer Roccat Kone, habe ich mich nach deren Ableben wieder für ein Modell aus dem Hause Roccat entschieden. Diesmal ist es die Roccat Kone Pure SE geworden. Mein erster Eindruck nach ein paar Tagen: nicht perfekt, aber sehr gut!Meine bisherige Roccat Kone hat mich vor 8-9 Jahren etwa 75€ gekostet. Das war sie im Nachhinein zwar auch wert, trotzdem wollte ich für eine neue Maus nicht mehr ganz so viel Geld ausgeben. Meine Vorstellung waren 30-40€ für eine schlichte, ergonomische Gaming-Maus mit angenehmer Haptik aber ohne die ganzen Zusatzfunktionen der teuren Modelle, die ich persönlich sowieso nicht nutze. Nachdem ich die Modelle verschiedener Hersteller aus diesem Preissegment miteinander verglichen hatte, habe ich mich letztendlich für die Roccat Kone Pure SE entschieden, für die ich bei Amazon direkt 29,99€ bezahlt habe.Wie eingangs bereits angedeutet, bin ich mit der Maus sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut, das unauffällige aber hübsche Design mit dem beleuchteten Logo gefällt mir, und mit der Haptik der Tasten und des Mausrads bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist für mich die Akustik des Mausrads, genauer gesagt eine Art "Klappern", das beim schnellen Scrollen entsteht. Wenn man dabei einen leichten Druck auf das Mausrad ausübt, minimiert dies das Geräusch. Beim langsamen Scrollen ist es bei mir gar nicht zu hören. Ansonsten habe ich allerdings nichts zu beanstanden.Unterm Strich gibt es von mir auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung, bei 30€ stimmt das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach. Mal schauen ob die Maus ähnlich lange durchhält wie ihr Vorgänger ;-)

Die Maus ist super, zuerst hab ich gelesen das Leute geschrieben haben die Maus liegt bei großen Menschen nicht so gut in der Hand so wie zb eine Kone XTD aber ich muss sagen das ist Blödsinn. Die liegt genau so gut in der Hand wie die XTD nur das die eher länger ist und die XTD breiter. Ich mit meinen 1,90m finde sie perfekt. Der owl eye Sensor ist super, und die Verarbeitung ist auch super und sie ist total fein wenn man sie angreift also die Oberfläche, schäme mich fast das ich davor sicher 3-4 billig Mäuse gekauft habe für 15-20 Euro die sind mir immer kaputt gegangen wegen irgendwas aber ne Roccat geht nicht so schnell kaputt, die XTD ist mir nach 3 Jahren oder so kaputt gegangen nach einem Wutanfall.
