I bought this because of ongoing lumbar/sciatica problems. I had seen ads for very expensive similar products but didn’t want to shell out a bunch of money for something that might not work.This turned out to be a great inexpensive solution. I use it most nights for 30 minutes when I get into bed as it has to be plugged in. It’s also best used against bare skin, so I’m not even sure I would wear a cordless version.The massage function is light but soothing, as are the heat and light.

I just got it, and have only used it a few days. I can tell you, it’s not overly large, so I can go from the bed to the living room couch with ease. It has strong velcro, so it stays put when I’m walking with it on. The vibration is great

This belt is not working. Only have had it a week and five rows of red lights don’t work. Very disappointed

The Red Light waist belt is perfect for the upper part of the torso and then the lower part front and back it fits perfectly the quality is obviously better than anything else!!! The ease of use and be pain relief are above the average!! This is GREAT!!Kathy B.

I purchased this belt to assist in my recovery of belly liposuction, Bodytite and Morpheus8. The red light is great, but the massage function is barely there, even on highest setting. Was really expecting more massage function.

I'm going to admit that I am totally new to the world of red light therapy. I purchased a flash light which helped my dog heal from her surgery incision. When I saw this belt I was excited to try it on my own. The problem is that while it does come with instructions, it mainly focuses on what NOT to do and a little explanation on how to operate it. Where I think it could use improvement is it should come with a booklet of some sort to explain what each function actually does and the benefits of each level. I had to go back to the original Amazon listing to see read the advertisement chart. So including information that was written would be helpful to those of us that are beginners. I still don't know which level to use and when. As a newbie, I picked the lowest level and will increase the levels as I get used to it. I also wish it would recommend how much time should be used to reach a beneficial goal. I guess I will have to do more research on my own to figure it out.As other reviewers have mentioned, it feels good against the skin and can wrap a pretty large size waist. The massage button doesn't really do anything much except lets you know that the belt is still on by buzzing. LOL! I have been using it a few days now and I haven't noticed a significant difference on my lower back were I was diagnosed with arthritis. All I can say though that while in use and afterwards for a bit my whole body feels like it's been activated in some strange way as though all the blood flow is running well. I feel like a little lighter in a strange way. The light does get warm and it automatically shuts off as it says so on the timer. I'm crossing my fingers that this will actually help me reduce inflammation in my body.

The quality of this product seems very cheap. Also the power connection would keep disconnecting and the message option would not turn off. I had to return it. And if you return it takes about a week to get your refund. They want to see the product first and decide if you get a full or partial refund.
