The chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet which is a huge plus for me because I dislike artificial tasting protein powders. It mixes easily with both water and milk leaving no clumps behind. I've noticed a definite improvement in my muscle recovery time after intense workouts. My muscles feel less sore and I'm ready to go again sooner. The lower sugar content is another significant benefit especially since I'm trying to be mindful of my sugar intake. It seems to effectively contribute to muscle growth. I find myself feeling fuller for longer after consuming it which helps in managing cravings throughout the day. It's a reliable source of protein that fits well into my daily routine and contributes positively to my fitness goals.

There is a scoop inside which gives provides 25g which I initially thought was 25g of protein but it is not - that 25g apparently provides only 17.3g of protein which isn't brilliant, and 3.89 of BCAA. However, it is low sugar and it's cheap enough so guess it'll suffice.Mixes well in a shaker and it you can taste the cocoa so it doesn't taste synthetic which is a plus.

I often like to have a protein shake for breakfast when I am too busy to have a proper meal. But I am also on a low-carb diet so I need one that is low carb, not packed with sugar, protein and nutrient rich, all natural and filling as well. I know that is a lot of demands, but this one seemed to tick all of the boxes so I thought I would give it a try.I have been disappointed by most of the protein powders I have tried. The ones that are nutrient rich and sugar-free tend to taste nasty, while the ones that are flavorful tend to be lower quality nutritionally. I told myself I would give this one a chance, and I am soooo happy I did! This shake is the most delicious protein shake I have ever tasted. It seriously tastes like a melted chocolate milkshake and it was super filling without packing on the carbs and calories.The powder mixes very easily using a shaker cup, and doesn't have a grainy/powdery texture at all. I was blown away when I took the first sip...and yes, it was just a sip at first. You never know what to expect with protein shakes, and the last one I tested was nasty. But this one was delicious!! I wasn’t exaggerating when I said it is the best protein shake I have tasted.Overall, I am very happy with the quality, nutritional aspects, and taste of this protein powder. High quality, super beneficial ingredients, and seriously yummy taste, what’s not to love 😋. Needless to say, I will definitely be ordering this one again.

I’ve used both the chocolate and banana flavours from this protein brand. I’m normally not keen on banana as other brands make it taste synthetic. This one is great. It is a very subtle, creamy banana flavour with no chemical after taste. It is delicious to drink. It mixes well in a vortex mixer. It’s quick to mix, doesn’t generate too much froth and doesn’t leave behind any grittiness. I’m able to digest most whey proteins and this one is also fine. It doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort or any wind!Strangely, the protein content in the chocolate and banana options varies quite a bit. The plastic scoop provided serves 25g of powder. Within that 25g serving the banana flavour delivers 19g of protein, the chocolate only 17.3g. I enjoy this powder and will continue to use it because of the flavours and the way it mixes. If I had to find one small complaint it’s that the resealable bag is a bit fiddly.Mine arrived with an expiry date seven months into the future.

You get a scoop included in the bag to measure each dose, and for each you get 17.3g of protein, and 3.89g of BCCA.It is worth noting that recent research has found that BCAA has no real benefits in fitness or muscle tone, so it is being phased out of a lot of fitness products.Taste wise it's quite pleasant, a kind of chocolate malty taste. Not as strong tasting as some, but you can taste the cocoa powder. Mixing is fine if you use a shaker or blender. I tend to use it more as a breakfast cereal add on rather than taking it on its own, and that adds a good amount of flavour and boosts protein content.Overall, at £8.50 for 700g (£12.11 per kG) this is not bad value for Whey protein, given how expensive it has become, the only thing I'd like to see if a bit more protein per scoop instead of pretty useless BCAA's, the usual being around 22-23g, but otherwise no real negatives.

Beth good protein powder. It's been great to use in my smoothies to make me feel fuller for longer. And make sure I'm hitting my protein goals for the day. Taste is okay.
