Best clean ingredient product!
This is the best toothpaste! My teeth were less sensitive by the third use. Works at removing stains, leaving them white. You can guarantee it will heal any cavity or decay you have going on with regular use.

Great toothpaste
Love the flavor! Love the feel for a flouride free toothpaste. Good value, you going to pay a little more but it's worth it. Size is the same as normal toothpaste amount. Gives you clean teeth but doesn't help massively with breath. Don't give up your mouth wash.

Hard to say if this lives up to all the promises.
Rated a 4 because the mint flavor is very weak, almost not there. Otherwise it does seem to work. After a week of use my teeth do seem whiter. As for remineralizing teeth? No way to really tell.

The hype is real.
I have GERD, am on medications that cause dry mouth and my teeth have seemed to have weak enamel ever since I got a free sample for review of the first ever launch of Crest White Strips in 2003 on top of a tongue piercing I couldn't stop playing with that wreaked havoc on my teeth. (Metal vs enamel, metal always wins.) So when my teeth started picking up horrible stains if I looked at a cup of coffee and I noticed some transparency, I looked for a good toothpaste. I can't get in to the dentist until the end of January, so I felt like I had to take it into my own hands. The reviews seem too good to be true, but I couldn't fully discount the overwhelming positive reviews about nanohydroxyapatite & xylitol products in general. I didn't want to wait for Apagard so I went with this. I had some sensitivity that was beginning to really bother me. Literally after the first use, my teeth look better and much less transparent. Not only that, but after my second use in the same day, the most sensitive area is very much improving. Even better, built up stains are lessening. I brushed with a Sonicare and swished for a bit before spitting, then refrained from eating & drinking for at least 30 minutes. I'm amazed at the results after 2 uses. Picture is before on top, after on bottom. The improvement is undeniable.

Protects my Teeth
My teeth started to be sensitive and I was recommended to try it. It really helped. I have tried other brands with the active ingredient but this one is the most effective for my needs.

Follow the directions & stick with it!
So for the first week, I was not following the full directions to not rinse, brush, swish around in your mouth for a few minutes and spit. Then, not rinse out or immediately eat or drink anything. I saw some improvement, but it was minor. After the first week or so, I was doing the full routine--Mouth wash, spit, brush teeth 2 minutes gently, swish 5-10 (min since I am healing a lot of erosion), spit, no eating/drinking right after. Now, I try to wait 30 min to an hour afterwards, when possible.I am about 38 days in today. At 2 weeks, I could tell my teeth were definitely less sensitive and whiter. The whitening part is really a cherry on top, for me. I got the toothpaste for the enamel restoration from acid erosion (GERD) and to lessen the sensitivity when eating hot, cold or super sugary foods (cookies, ice cream, cake etc). I am pleased to report I am also now visually seeing the glossiness and smoothness on my front teeth most strikingly, but even on all my teeth! Even the backs, the inside my mouth close to the tongue, are smoother to the feel and stains even the dentist struggled to remove. My dentist advised that food particles get stuck inside the indents from erosion so it is incredibly difficult to clean. Those stains are coming off, as the teeth remineralize! This Pearlie toothpaste is amazing--Studies I read advise you should use for 3-4 months to see improvement. While perhaps I had fast results because, I had a lot of damage & swished for 5 to 10 min, I am impressed. I will continue to use and restore my enamel! Ordering more! I hope to need less swish time, as my teeth heal and am confident that in time, my teeth will show as healed in a future dentist X-ray check up.

Won’t buy again
Meh, for the price I expected more from the product. I used two tubes with no noticeable difference or effect. The taste was fine, fresh. I switched back to my old toothpaste, which leaves my teeth feeling just as clean and fresh for less.

Happy with my purchase and will be getting again, worth the money and research.
To preface, I researched active remineralizing toothpaste (ART) and saw the data on hydroxyapatite shows no statistically significant difference between fluoridated toothpaste in terms of benefit to the strength or health of teeth. They are the same no better or worse at dental outcomes and preventing dental caries. I discussed this with my dentist who had limited information, as the US does not utilize (ART). The main difference is fluoridated toothpaste remineralizes passively meaning it needs acid environments in the mouth caused by drinks and food to be most beneficial, while Hydroxyappetite is (active) in that it is always active in remineralizing without need for an acidic catalyst/environment. So in short fluoridated toothpaste is better for people who are exposed to acidic drink/foods and sugary drinks which is quite common here in the U.S. I avoid all soda and most acidic beverages so my reasoning is that an active remineralizing toothpaste would be of more benefit to me and my lifestyle. I have been using this toothpaste for the last 3 months. I have to say I have seen a marked improvement in the color of my teeth, decreased dry mouth and potentially bad breath associated with constant dry mouth. My teeth also seem to have extra layer of protection, not sure how to describe it was I am not a dentist but my teeth seem smoother than normal. This product also has a taste that takes a few days to get used too, but taste fine with respect to other toothpastes I have tried in the past. I will be buying ART in the future, although I may have to look for a way to source it a little bit cheaper as it is on the expensive side.
