Stays on my head well even while sleeping, Stays cool a long time. Works better then the migraine caps. Only thing I would change is package each one separately. Once the package is open. The other one doesn't work as well

I love these!! I have chronic migraine, meds don’t seem to help. I put half a strip on my forehead which helps numb the pain so I can run errands, walk the dog or have dinner with friends. (When pain is moderate not severed)
