We purchased 2, the 1st cabinet had all the parts, and the assembly was great, well designed and thought out. Went to assemble the 2nd cabinet it was missing 3 parts for the 2nd drawer. Notified the Company and their response was quicker than I thought, and offered a couple of good solutions to resolve the missing parts issue. I responded to their offer, and I am waiting on the final decision. The solution I liked best was them sending a new unit and I can take the parts needed to complete my 2nd cabinet drawer, and they would offer the return label for what I don't need, and/or, I can keep this other unit as extra parts. Great cabinet, I really liked how the legs are assembled, solid.

A little daunting when you unbox it and see all the parts, but the instructions are pretty clear and it makes sense how it goes together. It only tells you in the beginning to glue the dowels in, so be sure you do that because I did miss it. Lots of extra parts, but we were missing two bolts for the door handles.That aside, it feels pretty solid and looks great. My girlfriend is thrilled with it. I was impressed with the fact that it goes together and feels pretty solid. Overall, we are happy with it.

The Good, The Bad, and the UglyI have been shopping for one of these "over the toilet" cabinets for a long time. As I've gotten older I no longer wish to store certain items under the bathroom sink.I decided upon this item for a number of reasons - and the sale price was reasonable - and the reviews of quality were pretty consistent.PROS: It's heavy, and pieces are fairly well constructed - and assembly is pretty easy to follow with picture diagrams. Its IKEA style furniture with wooden dowels and screw in cam locks. Use Wood Glue (Bondtite II).CONS: Extra Pieces included in Assembly Parts. Wooden Dowel holes (drilled in boards) are larger than the Dowels provided - I had to use tooth picks to keep dowels in place. Possibly received returned product - as box was taped over multiple times. MISSING PIECES.The Ugly: Missing Parts. My package is missing Part #9. ACCOHOHO said it will take 25 -35 days to get Part #9 sent out. That their Warehouse in the U.S. does not have any "extra pieces" of the cabinet I bought - and it will take 25 - 35 days to produce the part. Now the wife is mad. The cabinet cannot be returned as I've completed most of the assembly which includes gluing in all the wood doweling - and cam screws. Hopefully there are no more missing parts. So Quality Control is suspect - so is Customer Service (they are responsive - but lack turn-around-time).The quality seems good. I'd like to give 3.5 Stars - but I can't give 4 due to lack of Quality Control. Waiting a month for a replacement (missing) part is not acceptable.Update - June 3rd - Missing Piece Arrived - Updated Rating to 4 Stars (for quick turnaround)

Took a bit of time to build but well worth it! Shipping was even 4 days early, can fit even more than I thought it could. Love the look fits great even came with some extra screws/bits which came in handy as I lost a few would buy again in a heart beat

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Fit perfectly in the corner of my guest bath, great size, looks very nice. Great place to store extra hand soap, tissue, hairspray, etc. Exactly what we needed and exceeded expectations.

This bathroom storage cabinet arrived well packaged and had very detailed instructions. It took a little longer than expected to put together, but is very well made and sturdy. Wood laminate looks realistic and matched the bathroom wood cabinets well.

We ordered this over the toilet storage unit for our new toy hauler as there was not enough storage for towels. It works great and looks awesome in our bathroom in the toy hauler. I highly recommend.
