Good switch, I use it to control the power to the Lap Top instead of using the PC switch therefore leaving the unit on while "not connected" to the internet. Works as expected.....

I needed a way to switch my notebook computer's ethernet connection between two different routers in my home office network setup. I was only experimenting, so I checked Amazon for an AB ethernet switch that was budget priced. This was one of the lowest priced switches I could find. I figured if the experiment didn't pan out, I could just throw it away. Well, I'm keeping it. This little budget switch worked flawlessly and I'm leaving it connected in my network. The switch doesn't require any external power, it has a small footprint and bottom line, it just works. This turned out to be a great deal.

Just what I needed. I work from home and this is how I can easily change my Docking Station between my work firewall network and home network.Great build quality. Very sturdy and satisfying click when switching.

The switch works as advertised, but the switch feels cheap. They feel mushy when I move them, and not snappy like more expensive switches.

Good built and feel. Button is sturdy and nice to the touch. Can't go wrong if this is what you need. Just remember, this is not an active Ethernet switch, this is just a mechanical switch.

Works as intended, a little less than some options but works switch is easy to use good click feels sturdy.

100% respondable

I have two Internet lines at home, but I don't want to buy expensive router with 2 uplinks. Then, sometimes I have to switch between my lines manually, not because one is failed. This switch doing exactly what I want. Before I simply plugged one Ethernet cable off my home router and then plugged other cable. Now it's much easy to switch between Internet lines. I didn't note any slownesses using this switch, the Speedtest returns the same values like for the direct cable connection. It's small and doesn't take a lot of room
