I have degenerative disc/joint disease. When my joints cross the threshold into major pain, I know I'm low on vitamin D. Usually I go to the doctor, they draw blood, and prescribe Vitamin D. I decided to skip those steps and go right to the source myself.Within a couple of days I could tell the difference right away. My joints hurt less. It's a relief.These pills are easy to swallow. No flavor. Good quality. Simple dosage instructions. Super effective!

So had my lab results come back and after taking these for at least a year, every other day I am severely vitamin D deficient! I'm having to do vitamin D shots for 8 weeks to get my self back in line. Anyone else have this issue with these? I remember them being warm and all stuck together last time I got them from amazon so I'm wondering if that cuased them to not be any good? I guess I'm not going to buy them anymore :/

Good supplement. We feel better since taking it. Was a little concerned about the higher dosage, but I have an autoimmune disorder, and it's working well. It's a really good value! Easy to swallow.

I have been taking this Vitamin D for awhile now and it has kept my vitamin D level where it needs to be. For some reason, if I don’t take the vitamin D, my levels drop. This has been going on for years and I was taking one 50,000 unit pill per week, because some high dose vitamins make me nauseous. Not this brand! It works great, plus it combines the vitamin k for absorption so that I don’t have to take and additional pill. They smell like coconut, which is another plus!!!

I seem to have more energy when I take these. I have not had labs drawn, but these seem to be good quality and arr easy on my pocketbook, not to mention easy to swallow. The bag last much longer than my other supplements.
