Nice little portable guitar amp that looks good too. I was surprised how good it sounds. This will be going in the case with my travel guitar.

Quality good conditions

The media could not be loaded. I'm pretty impressed with the quality of this compact amp. It's not super loud, it's only 5W, after all, but the sound is clean, clear, and has a nice depth to it. It's perfect for both beginners and pros who want a portable amp for practicing or taking on the go. The build quality is decent, but I really like its vintage design, which gives it a nice aesthetic. It offers good tone and settings, and it adds a great amplified dimension as long as you don't crank it up to the max. Plus, it's super portable, rechargeable for added convenience, and can even double as a Bluetooth speaker.

It’s small. It looks cool…. and it works ! Okay, so it’s not going to be heard much beyond your front door BUT … if you want a small, ( very small:) discreet practice amp - this may well fit the bill, I use it with a loop pedal and it’s great for practicing overdubbing/looping etc. before getting out the big stuff…

Great sound for its size, small enough to carry about for when you just want a wee practice.

This Lekato portable guitar amp is small but packs a punch for such a small unit.It comes in around 12.5cm (W) x 6.5cm (D) x 9cm (H).The current price comes in under £30 with a currently available voucher. If you just need a portable Bluetooth speaker then there are better options available (e.g. karaoke sets with microphones and portable Bluetooth speakers for less that I've tried recently). However, if you are after a guitar amp then this could be an option.It has clean and overdrive tones plus tuneable gain, tone and volume.The output is 5 Watts, which is enough for a small bedroom really but not much more. If the volume is cranked up then it does become distorted, which is to be expected for a small speaker. Same for the gain - if you crank this up then it also results in a lot of distortion, so is not very effective. Also the overdrive option is a bit pointless as that also makes it pretty distorted generally too. Therefore, on the face of it it's quite versatile but in reality after a bit of a novelty playing with the knobs and buttons they are actually not that useful unless only used lightlyYou can also connect a headphone via this unit, which works well.As a plus - Bluetooth playback is really simple and reliable (just quick press on the power button to activate the Bluetooth). This is a great option for adding a backing track (e.g. from a phone) at the same time.It features a 2,000maH battery rechargeable via USB-C port and comes with a short USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.After a quick check on Amazon there are a number of similar items available that look exactly the same and similar and also priced similarly and have lots of good reviews. So maybe I'm being picky with the sound quality but personally I'd pay a little extra and get a bigger, more versatile unit. However, this certainly has it's place if you have a big unit already or just want to dip your toe in for a quick practice session and you're just starting out with electric guitars.Overall 3 stars from me.
