I love this pill. Really helps with my sleep. I mean it makes me sleep about 10 hours. So I can't take it daily, but it really does help relax, and calm my mood.

This thing is like magic! Really helped with hot flashes and mood swings for me. Was feeling so much better within days of starting to use it. I have been using Olly products on and off for a while now but this one just went to the top of my list.

Only been taking for 3 weeks and so far seems to be helping a little bit. I have less.hor flashes and sleep better. I take it right before bed. I'm hopeful it will work even better as time goes on.

These do work - it takes a little time to see results. My main issues were hot flashes, night sweats, and chills. I believe brain fog and head aches were more related to dehydration resulting from hot flashes and night sweats, so do be thoughtful about drinking enough water. I'm still in perimenopause. Within a few days of taking Mellow Menopause, I started to sleep better (less intense night sweats) but continued to have hot flashes throughout the day. It took 2 week plus before I noticed my hot flashes were becoming less intense. I was finishing my first bottle before I stopped noticing hot flashes at all. I take them every day - I do not skip any days. I don't usually struggle with pills or capsules, but these seemed a little harder to swallow. I usually take them with dinner to help get them on down, water doesn't seem like enough. Finish at least one full bottle before you give up on them.

I’m sure these work great for most women, just not for me. I bought them because the ratings were so good.I tried them for 4 months, and I couldn’t tell a difference at all. I had a hysterectomy a year ago, and have tried MANY different pills, lotions, creams, etc.The only thing that might’ve made a difference is the hot flashes. They might’ve decreased from 10 a day to 9. I would give a one star because they didn’t work for me, but I know my body and most pills, supplements and remedies just DON’T do what they’re supposed to with ME. So I rated in the middle to be fair.And I got so tired of trying all of these (practically) “guaranteed to work” menopause supplements- that I finally just got prescribed bioidentical HRT.

Product relief very little hot flashes, fatigue and tiredness. And some left capsule in the bottle looks wired like a paste even though the expiration date is good.

This is a life saver, I was miserable with hot sweats at night, foggy brain and just not feeling energized the next day. It did take about a month before I saw any change but it works! I use it daily!

After just one dose, feeling more like myself and slept better with less hot flashes. Fingers crossed. I also recommend taking berberine supplements to help with metabolic symptoms
