These really do work & ha e been successful so far on the cravings. You just have to figure out how to break the habit of just lighting one up. only issue I have with these is they do not stick good at all, regardless if the skin is smooth, clean or just shaved. They do not stick & will fall off. I "HIGHLY" recommend ordering the clear bandages I have posted in the pics of this review. These don't adhere QUITE as well as the Nicoderm ones through a shower, but that's honestly the only thing that Nicoderm has that these don't. They still stick very well, never had any issues with them coming off except the one time I tried to shower with one on. But along with that, there is WAY less skin irritation. It's really easy to see where the last place you put a ND one was because your skin is all red- you don't have that with these. They're thinner and more skin toned, so they're also less noticeable. Looks like a bandaid more than anything. And they were very effective for me. I quit by the end of this pack. I just moved across the country and started again. I'm going through this system again because I know it will work well. And once you know that these work just as well as the name brand, the price on the others seems almost criminal. Save yourself a LOT of money and go with these.

These worked for me to stop vaping. I smoked cigarettes for years, two years ago, I switched to vaping thinking it was "better." When you first start using the patches, you will get cravings because the amount of nicotine is far less than a vape. However, after a few days it gets easier and then you start moving your way down. In the beginning, I used a nicotine free vape for the oral fixation. I stopped using the nicotine free vape when I got down to the last set of 3mg. I haven't had patches or nicotine free vapes in over 2 months and I'm glad I used these. I also bought a huge box of nicotine gum before I started and it went unused and in the trash after I was done. The fact that this has all 3 steps helped/forced me to step down in nicotine. Full disclosure, there are moments I will want my vape (after meals, in the car, etc.) I acknowledge it and then recognize that the feeling will pass in about 2 to 3 minutes. Remember, that quitting is hard, there are nicotine receptors all thoughout your body, you may not always succeed the first time. Don't be discouraged, just try again.

This is my second go around quitting after I broke bad after 10 years nicotine free. 2024-2025 has not been kind. These patches are *much* better than Nicoderm. First, they are much thinner, and roughly 75% the size as the name brand for the same dosage. Additionally, the adhesive does not cause a rash as the Nicoderm ones did. The adhesive stays strong all day, and as long as it is applied evenly, it does survive a shower just fine. They are translucent and blend in much better than the other brand's large bulky patches do. The effectiveness seems similar. Within 1/2 hour you will feel the effects, and it seems to lowly build up over the next hour. I assume this will depend on your skin however. I've had not issues with these over the last week using them at the 21mg level. I barely notice I have it on and a few times forgot to remove it when I went to bed. Let's also talk about the price. The name brand will cost you ~$140 for 6 LESS patches over all 3 levels. Nicoderm (needing to purchase all separately): Step 1 kit: 21 - 21mg Step 2 kit: 21 - 14mg Step 3 kit: 7 - 7mg $2.54/patch This one - 55 total 30 - 21mg 15 - 14mg 15 - 7mg $0.50/patch Even if you went with a similar amount with the alternative name brand Habitrol, you are still paying 300% more at $100. It's obviously a no brainer, get this instead. Unless you enjoy wasting money.

I gave it three stars because my skin did not have a good reaction to the patches. It felt like it burned my skin, then when it came time to take off the patch my skin was red and irritated. However, it did help with nicotine cravings. My poor skin just couldnt handle the patches unfortunately 😔

I’m on day 3 of wearing these and I have not smoke a cigarette since putting one on. I would say these work. The only thing I have to control is when the voice in my head says it’s time to go have a cigarette, just have to ignore that. They stick pretty good. Just watch where you put them. Don’t put them anywhere your body bends or twists at all. Chest is good area but for me I put it too close to where my bra strap was and it kept getting underneath. Other than that they stay on. I’ve showered and worked out with it on and it never came off.
