It took a day or two to get used to but now we love them. It is comfortable for my husband since he.must sleep on his left side because he wears a C PAP all nite. The price and reviews plus both our adult daughters have them so we thought we'd try too. Success!

Give it a try. I like it for not for everyone since the form is not like any other one.

This ergonomically pillow literally saved my life!! Had the worst neck pain for month’s one end, and just sleeping with this one night completely took out all the kinks and made me feel like I got a brand new neck. Amazing!! I picked up the Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow to tackle my stiff neck, and it’s been fantastic. The split memory foam core and extra height insert let me dial in perfect support, and the ergonomic contour cradles my head, shoulders, and neck in every sleep position. The removable, breathable cover wicks away heat and feels silky. My only gripe: it slides on smooth sheets, so I wake up with it halfway off the bed. A simple non-slip pad or cover underneath would fix that. Still, it’s hands-down the best pillow for comfort and neck relief.

No. Terrible. Pain increased exponentially. Not recommending at all for neck wellness unless your body is made of granite.

i ordered this pillow for my boyfriend because he sleeps on his back most of the time. he says its great for when he sleeps on his back but not the sides so much. happy with the ourchase though!
