Excellent flavor, no bitterness, smooth drinking coffee. I am not a coffee drinker but after watching information about the difference in taste when grinding your own beans introduced me to this find on Amazon. It really transformed my view on drinking coffee. These beans when ground had a smooth flavor and no hint of bitterness. I can see myself becoming a morning coffee drinker now.

Kicking Horse is fine coffee. I loved this Three Sisters blend so much when I first got some, so I bought it again. Over time however it began to not seem as tasty anymore. I was just getting over the novelty and tired of it I think. Not that it changed or anything but I moved on to Kicking Horse Lucky Jim. Now that is some real fine Joe. (Laughter permissable.)

Three Sisters. Not bad but not what I want, This "medium roast" is a blend of different roasts that achieves something near medium dark. I don't know if that's a bad thing, but it brings in the bitters and burnt flavors from the dark roasts that I hope to avoid with true medium or light roasts. I think this will appeal to french roast drinkers who like those burnt flavors, but in a lighter brew.

I love this coffee! It is smooth and delicious. I wanted ground beans but couldn't find them, so I ended up with whole beans, which is just a bit more of a hassle. Nevertheless worth it for this coffee. Delivery was swift.
