I’ve tried other Ashwagandha but Natures way Ashwagandha is far superior to any of the others.Easy to swallow and only one a day needed.Slept much better and felt far less anxious

Not impressed. The quality of the product has dropped and is not as advertised. The bottle I received is standardised to 3.5%, not 4% and 17.5% withanolides, not 20%. I suddenly noticed that where I used 1 capsule before and it’ll relax me completely and give a really good night’s rest, I had to take 2 capsules to obtain the same result. Advertising falsely and selling something completely different is not on! I really liked my previously bought bottles of Naturas Way Ashwaganda and don’t know why they’ve suddenly changed the product and also sell it at the same price.

Great quality and potency.

I’ve used Ashwagandha in the past that I bought from Holland & Barrett & found it to be great for anxiety, stress, insomnia etc.this brand made me feel more anxious & unable to sleep since taking it & after 3 days of taking it, it has given me really bad side effects of nausea, dihorea & sickness. Won’t be taking this again!!
