Does not lay as flat as the pictures show but it is a perfect fit for the F150. I did have to use some adhesive to make sure it stayed put. Got absolutely no response from customer service when I emailed them with a question so I'm taking a star off for that. They should not be bragging about great customer service if they are not going to respond to the simplest questions.

Beat-up and looked used. Also never sat flat. I left it in the sun in my driveway for 2 days with weights added and it never sat flat. It is super thin also.

No template for application nor instruction and attachment holes are poorly marked

Glad I was able to get the tailgate Matt to go with my bed Matt . Easy install with the included double stick tape ,, I also used a few screws for added hold . Quality rubber matt that fit my 21 f150 tailgate perfectly. Great deal . Roll it out and let it flatten before you install it will make things much easier.

This mat is very durable and it matches the contours of the tailgate. The mat comes rolled up in a very tight roll so you need to unroll and flatten the mat first. They have recesses where the factory screws are located but the holes are not drilled. You will need to install the screws first and the you can peel and apply the adhesive strip around the perimeter.

Fits great, durable material.I got this for my 2021 F-150. The tailgate was a little scratched up so I wanted something to cover and to protect it. Thought the price looked good so I ordered it. I had read the other reviews first, so I thought I'd use adhesive from the start. (E6000)It comes rolled up in a small box so I laid it out in the sun for a few hours to get it to lay flat. (You could use a heat gun or hairdryer, just be careful and don't over heat.) I laid it over the tailgate, removed the tailgate screws, and drop small poker pilot holes. I folded it half over, applied the adhesive, pulled off half of the tape cover, laid it back down, put the screws back, and taped the edges. Then did the same to the other side. (Sounds more work than really was.) Took the tape off the next day and it looked great. So if you didn't mind the extra effort, not to bad for the price.I would recommend the company use wider tape that would stick better and if customer support does get back with me, I'll update my review.
