I had a bad experience using these patches. It did nothing to help me fall asleep, in fact I felt no difference after putting on the patch. You are supposed to put it on 1-2 hours prior to going to bed, which I did. You would expect as least a relaxed calm feeling would start happening, but that was not the case. In fact I had a terrible night that night wearing the patch. I was wide awake until 1.30AM, I even felt a jolt of energy at one point, where my heart started raising, it was very unpleasant. I eventually had to give into an ambien. I will not try this again, unfortunately I cannot return this product.

I really like these they work well I hate taking anything to sleep. So I thought I’d give these a try, they work great for me. You do have to put them on 2 hours before bed. I didn’t do that the first night I had some strange dreams.

The media could not be loaded. I love the idea of this product. However, I would love for this product to stay on throughout the night. I found the material to be extremely flimsy and the adhesive, of even if you’re placing it on bear hairless skin, does not last throughout the night. You will start off wherever you’ve placed the patch and you will wake up in the morning and it will either be on your pillow, on another part of the body, or worst case the floor.

Easy to apply and helps for a good nights sleep!

They kept me awake all night. It is ashamed that you can’t return them. Do not waste your money!

I have tried many products over the years to help me rest at night - this is one of the very best! Fall asleep easily and no drugged feeling the next day. Highly recommend.

My personal experience didn’t work . I don’t know maybe is me. I thought using two may work but nothing at all.
