One really, really bright compact light.
Super bright, 4 modes, strobe gives people seizures. Nice, heavy build quality, good feel, stays in pocket. Super small in the grand scheme of things. Plenty of battery life and power. NOW, the one downfall is the cumbersome on/off button layout. It's not a simple press to turn on, due to safety, because this thing will literally burn you. The "menu" to unlock it can be frustrating to pass the pattern, in a hurry, and it generally seems the faster you want the light on, the more you fumble with it. Access to the turbo 3000 mode is instant, but on a second recessed switch. Overall this would be 6 stars, but minus one for unlocking fumble. Would definitely recommend though, even with that downfall.

Nice EDC geared towards self-defense
Nitecore are making some nice products these days. I’ve used their P20iUV for the last year and that’s a nice light. This one is the highest-end of their EDC (every day carry) line. It’s packed full of tech and has a digital display. Charged with USB-C.There are standard 4 levels: 15 lumens (55 hour runtime), 65 lumens (14 hour runtime), 200 lumens (4 hour 20 minute runtime), and the very bright 1100 lumens (1 hour 30 minute runtime). Then there are 2 special modes:3100 lumen turbo mode (runtime is only about 10 seconds which is fine because it gets incredibly hot in this mode in just seconds)then there is always the Strobe mode which is always accessible by hard pressing the main button. And it’s an unusual strobe, it changes frequencies at random which is meant to add to the disorienting effect. And the strobe is done at 3100 lumen so it’s incredibly disorienting to the target. The light is a nice size, very sturdy, high build quality, has knurled grips on the sides and a belt clip, and is clearly meant to be a true EDC that could really be useful in an emergency.

Bright flashlight, pretty good controls, but power switch is a weak point.
Got this flashlight for its brightness, friend talked to me about the streamlight wedge and i thought about it, but figured its only 30 seconds of 1000 lumens didnt justify the cost, but this flashlight could sustain that for minutes, and it goes higher lumens for the same price. I work as a mechanic and I figured having an extra bright light would be good, and it has been. It's handy for finding lost hardware and it tells you exactly what the runtime is so you can ration it accordingly for how long your work will take, and I really like the light temperature. Only thing i could wish for would be a hat clip, but I threw one together myself. Problem came when I dropped it one time, admittedly from about 6 feet or so, but it hit on the switch and suddenly the 2 stage switch didnt really do two stages any more, it's mushy and hard to control. I can still cycle modes and turn it on and off but it's infuriatingly inconsistent so I had a crack at fixing it since I'm a mechanic and I didnt get a warranty. The light seems well put together on the inside, it makes use of space pretty well, using the back of the light under the clip as a heat sink, and having a cutout in the pcb for the usb c dust cover. I was able to pull open the switch and found 3 leaf springs in it used to give it the two stage click. I figured when it hit the ground, it over-depressed the switch and one or more those leaf springs buckled to where it didnt click anymore, but I wasn't able to get a good look at where everything was, as it all fell out when I opened it. giving it my best guess I tried different arrangements but couldnt get it to work, but I'll probably try more after leaving this. The only problem with the flashlight would be the power switch. it seems to be marketed as a "tactical" flashlight, which would give the assumption it's made to handle drops, and it does seem up to that task except in the power switch. Had the power switch not been made to stick out, or the switch itself made in a way that it could not be over depressed it, or had some sort of protrusion in the body that prevented that, it would be perfect. The body was barely nicked on the fall that broke the switch, and honestly if I had thrown together my hat clip earlier it would've saved the switch.I really like it otherwise, bright, good color temp, the display is handy, and it's way ahead of other competitors at this price point, just the power switch seems an achilles heel for durability, although it's still not entirely broken, just a pain to use. I know it was a 6 foot fall which is decently high, but it feels like it doesnt live up to the durability of the rest pf the design, and could have been solved by other means, heck, make it protrude less. the benefit of protrusion seems to be it's easy to identify but it doesnt need to protrude an entire 8th inch to be easily identifiable.

Very Powerful and excellent quality
The high power mode is very bright and the sensor prevents burning you when it’s accidentally turn on in your pocket. The build quality is very nice feeling the metal build looks great. The little display is beyond helpful. The ability to select the setting before turning it on is super nice. It tells you how much time you have left on each setting. And the time on high power mode prevents you from burning your self from how much power it outputs. The lockout mode can be difficult to get undone if you are not expecting it but other that is an excellent product would highly recommend. Looking for compact bright flashlight this is the one for you.

Great for around the house.
I did a lot of research into flash lights at this size, and decided to get this one because of how bright it can it. The max brightness doesn't last very long - maybe a minute at continuous use - but it is BRIGHT! I got this flashlight to keep a better eye on my dogs when I let them outside at night and we don't have any lights outside and we are surrounded by woods, so it gets very dark. This light allows me to stand by my front door and still see my dogs several meters away. The strobe light has also come in handy to scare of some woodland critters who were lucky enough not to be spotted by my guard dog. It does get pretty hot if you use the max brightness for too long though! The charge lasts forever too! We had this flashlight for about 2 and a half months of general use before we had to charge it. Again, mostly using it to keep an eye in the dogs at night but also to help with house hold repairs here and there.Size and portability are great too. I'm 5"0 and this flashlight still fits easily in my tiny pockets! I'm also very clumsy and will drop things a lot but so far, no scratches or dents on this thing. It's very good quality!
