I bought very expensive scooters and was trying to find a tracking device that would work with my Samsung phone and Google phone and the Chipolo is the product to have! Works great, was very easy to setup, instructions well written and can track my scooters with no problem.

These work decent only because they connect with Google. Couple of things to make clear that I hope will help others that I found a little confusing.1. Oddly, these are not compatible with the Chipolo app. They work only with Google and their Find Hub app, so don't install the Chipolo app as it's completely useless.2. Google has renamed Find my Device to Find Hub. Install Google's Find Hub app on your phone to locate these.3. These trackers do not currently (as of June 2025) show up on Google Find Hub on the web or elsewhere. They only show up on your phone at the present. Eventually (hopefully) they will show up on Find Hub on your Google account because as it is now, if you lose your phone, there's no way to track these trackers.

I don't even know where to start with this product it is so terrible. First of it is pain to pair them with your phone, took me over an hour of just the device keep saying failed to pair. Once you have them connected it only apparently works on the phone you paired with and can only be paired with one phone, even through it is bind to your google account. What if my phone is lost too. Really idiotic. I should be able to see it from any device I have logged into my google account on. The we get to the actual hardware. The button goes off by the slightest nudge and it is the size of the entire device. So if you put it on your keyring expect it to constantly ring in your pocket. The battery only lasted for a week before needing replacing, what is the point of the device if it never has battery. Oh and the range of where you can detect it is really low, about 5ft. Most of the time it just saying cannot be found. Last but not least after about 2 months they started bricking themself.In short stay away from this product I have never seen such a bad product when it comes to QA on amazon in my 10 years of using the site.
