This Calphalon 11 inch Premier Ceramic Non-Stick Griddle. Purchased at a great price, high quality construction. We have other pans made by Calphalon. we are very pleased with the way they fry and cook our food. The griddle is no different. Thank you Calphalon, continue manufacting these great products.

It is perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast, and pancakes. It's even great for omelets and crepes. The non-stick coating is truly non-stick, and the new handle design is *really* good as well. Even with long sessions on the gas stove the handle stays cool. I cannot say the same for my Magnalite pans.

Purchased as a gift. They love the quality, ease of cleaning, and heat distribution for making eggs or pancakes. No sticky food on this pan!!! Highly recommend. Good value for money.

it's not induction capable and it stated in question and answers its was amazon is not the quality shop it use to be they sent a totally wrong product last week, now this...and the shipping times have increased dramatically in the last six months.Very disappointed with the service lately i may cancel my store card and my prime acct if this continues

Seems to be of high quality. Used just once though. Will see how it holds up

I took a look at the griddle my wife was using, it was over 50 years old and messed up. I asked her why she was still using it and she said "it works and we got it as a wedding gift". I told her to quit using it and got her one of the same brand. After a couple uses she said thanks. We are the stage in life we don't get each other Christmas presents if we need something get it.

One of our favorite pans now. Used on gas stove and Heat distributed evenly. Good weight. It's a been a month - it cleans up well and looks brand new. Used to cook meats, eggs, grill sandwiches/French toast... all turned out well.

Bought for a gift for someone and they love it! Great quality and very sturdy! They make omlets and pancakes on it alot!
