Great TV and price, but delivery nightmare
The TV is beyond amazing. The delivery experience was a nightmare. I placed the order on 2-18 and it arrived on 3-4 despite the vendor (Beach Camera) purchasing 5 day service. I was told by the carrier (CEVA) that there was a 2 day weather delay in OH, but that doesn't account for all of the extra time. Also, the tracking info showed the delivery flying from NJ to OH to SF to PDX to SEA to PDX (ridiculous). CEVA actually called me three different time to rearrange delivery with different excuses why the previous date couldn't be met.The TV and price from Beach Camera were top notch, but Beach Camera needs a more reliable national delivery service.

Fun Glitchy Software on all Sony TVs
If you like TVs that don’t function properly, Sony is for you. When using an app (like Netflix or Max), the TV will randomly switch to another app for no reason at all. When it does that, the only fix is to unplug your TV and plug it back in. This will happen several times a week and it’s extremely fun. In 2025 you get TV operating systems that are glitchy despite this technology (operating systems) being around for several decades. Anyway, buy this TV and have fun resetting in almost daily.
