A Significant Expansion to our Tarot Horizons
Siddharth Ramakrishnan's book version arrived yesterday! I got it in Kindle version too for word search interrogations. My first search was 'prediction' then 'precognition'! Then I read all those passages. I've also started reading it the normal way. It has tons of exercises and illustrations! I'm excited, and learning so much. Siddharth speaks so casually and friendly, conveying his concepts so simply for us 'also ran' people. The title might seem scary to some, and I was interested but also worried I wouldn't get it, but it is very accessable. That this book is easy to understand is more amazing when you read the bibliography, it is mind blowing, indicating the depth and breadth below the surface of the peak we get to read and absorb. When I consider the bibliography of other Tarot books I have read, I can see that we in the Tarot community are a bit insular, and there is a lot of circular reporting in the content presented, though in different flavors. That's what makes Siddharth's book all the more important. It comes from another place and space and gives a fresh and novel injection of open minded 21st Century science to Tarot. It's interesting to note, as described in the book, that via advances in technology and the broadening cultural mindset of the scientific community that neuroscience is catching up to and beginning to validate Tarot! I feel it's an important, refreshing and welcome book in the Tarot realm. It's not a big book either, but in just 192 pages Siddharth Ramakrishnan has given us a book that significanty and expands our Tarot horizons, and we are better off having The Neuroscience of Tarot available to us all. Thank you!

A MUST HAVE tool!
I don’t know just where to begin this particular review. This little gem is like an origami swan! It just keeps getting better as you read. The more you take in, the more clear the “shape” of the ideas that evolve becomes. The exercises are my favorite part. Having said this, this book is so clear and well written that it has already become a staple in my Tarot library. The beauty of our brains is paired with metaphysical thought-forms. I am unsure of Siddharth’s awareness in these areas but I do get the sense that much of his journey was “called”, it is so interesting how his much needed attention brings such clarity to this subject. I love his work, his clear writting voice, and his experience. This book is paperback and beautifully crafted. I took it with me to work every day and it traveled well. It still looks new. I will buy additional copies for gifts. I am eager to share his experience. I will be using these exercises for quite a long time and my current plan is to work through/with them in one week segments. I have read the book in its entirety, but haven’t given proper time to these fabulous chunks of study nuggets, so this is my current plan for self workings. The pages have gorgeous graphic illustrations that are very useful for visual analysis and reinforcement. This book is currently at the top of my Tarot recommendation list for readers. Thank you Dr Ramakrishnan! Thank you so very much ♥️

Easy quantum merge science and intuition
Wonderful combination of science and intuition..The practice exercises are great and easy to do, the deck is beautiful... I only wish both the deck and the booklet are larger - visually so beautiful to appreciate and both pic and words easier to absorb!! Coffee table version?

A keeper for Your Tarot Bookshelf!
Dr. Siddharth Ramakrishnan’s The Neuroscience of Tarot is a fascinating journey into the intersection of science and divination, a book that unpacks what’s happening in our brains when we work with tarot. As someone who loves exploring the deeper mechanics behind intuition and spiritual practice, I found this work to be eye-opening and full of genuine insight. What I appreciate most is how Dr. Ramakrishnan respects both the art and the science of it all. He doesn’t diminish the wonder of tarot but instead adds to it, explaining how our brains process symbols, tap into intuition, and even forecast future events. The practical exercises throughout are gold—helpful for refining how we notice and interpret cues, whether you're a seasoned reader or just starting out.
