Works well connects easily

This works very well to connect old gaming consoles to HDMI TV. In my case I actually connected from the gaming console to an HDMI switcher and then to the TV. That worked well also. The ability to switch between 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratio is nice. Be aware, you need a USB-A charger to power the converter.

I have a ps 2 and 3 that uses this wire. My old one could not be found anywhere so I couldn't use my systems. I was finally able to turn them on after so many years. I wanted to play a few games from back then. Worked really well and fit just as good.

Product is perfect ,works well for gamecube ,easy set up and has 2 screen options very nice , happy with item.

Did what it was supposed to no problems!

I went through a few different brands to get to this one and I wish I would have gotten this one first. The connections on my old gaming systems were loose on all the other one but this unit was snug. The connection worked out of the box and is easy to switch between aspect ratios. I am finally able to play all the old consoles with one cable now!

I hooked it up to an old VCR and a DVD player with component video and audio output to display via the converter to HDMI on a newer TV and when that failed on a computer monitor. The result in all cases was the same; the menu on the device displays fine but as soon as the video plays it will display it for less then a second and then show no input error while continuing the play the audio just fine. A low cost solution isn't worth paying anything for if it doesn't actually do what it is intended to do.

This here is a solid AV composite cable to HDMI covertor to put my retro gaming consoles, Laserdisc player, and VCR on a new screen with only an HDMI port. Overall, it does the job, plug and play style. What I like most about this version is the built in switch for aspect ratio switching. Easily I can go from 4:3 to 16:9. Which is something that not all of these covertors have built in. And then I don't have to fiddle with the TVs settings in order to get the aspect proper. Some monitors don't even have that ability.This unit just coverts the AV signal over. Doesn't upscale or anything. So, just keep that in mind. If you combine this covertor with a MClassic or other similar upscaling device, then you can take the 480p and Upscale the signal to 1080p. All and all, this is just perfect conversion for my old systems like N64, SNES, Sega Dreamcast, Genesis, and my other old favorites.

There are noticeable defects yet I am unable to get it to work for my PS2.

Das Kabel erfüllt wunderbar einfach genau den Zweck den es tun soll: das Signal eines AV Kabels auf HDMI zu konvertieren und alte Geräte mit modernen TVs kompatibel zu machen. Ich habe das Kabel mit einer Playstation 1 ausprobiert und es funktioniert problemlos. Das Bild ist fast identisch zum Bild mit direktem AV Kabel. Es wertet das Bild nicht auf und das muss es meiner Meinung nach auch nicht.Ein Tipp für andere Retrospieler: schaltet euren genutzten HDMI Kanal in den Bildeinstellungen auf den Spiele-Modus, um jegliche Bildverbesserungen eures TVs auszuschalten. Diese sind bei Retrospielen nur hinderlich und verschlechtern in diesem Fall nur das niedrig aufgelöste Bild.Absolut zu empfehlen, habe ein zweites Kabel schon bestellt.

Questo adattatore AV - HDMI mi è servito per collegare le mie vecchie console (al momento ho provato PS1, PS2, Xbox, Wii, Switch) in accoppiata con una piccola schedina di acquisizione HDMI - HDMI tramite OBS su PC.Devo dire che mi ha stupito per la sua qualità. Supporta anche la conversione 16:9/4:3 tramite piccolo switch manuale sul connettore HDMI e i formati PAL/NTSC.La qualità dell’immagine è buona, sopratutto per acquisire fonti retrò e può arrivare a una risoluzione fino a 1080p, il cavo è circa emzzo metro per cui comodo per i collegamenti.Tutto ok.
