Value for money.. just loved it.. just go for it with grey colour option.

Poor Battery
Battery life was 15-20 days for the first couple of months. After that battery does not last even 5 days with the same settings and usage. Actually bought this for long battery life but completely disappointed.

Good watch
Good quality. Not too heavy. After charging 100% its 9 days over and battery shows 64%. Speaker is good. Step count is accurate.

Pathetic service and no reliability of Warranty
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both the quality of your product and the after-sales service experience I have encountered. I purchased a Realme smartwatch, which developed a display issue just six months into usage. As the product is under a one-year warranty, I visited an authorized service center to claim the warranty. To my disappointment, the claim was outright rejected with the reasoning of “liquid damage” — an explanation that seems more like a blanket excuse than a valid diagnosis. The watch is fully functional and has never been exposed to any form of water or moisture. This makes your warranty policy appear not only unreliable but misleading. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Realme. Promoting a one-year warranty and then refusing to honor it under vague and unjustified terms is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction and product integrity. I now understand the growing hesitation people have in trusting brands that fail to stand behind their products. Based on this experience, I will no longer purchase or recommend any Realme products. I hope this feedback compels your team to reassess how warranty claims are handled and, more importantly, how customers are treated post-sale.
